No, you are wrong. Shambhu and Swayambhu are two different words. Sham means happiness in sanskrit and bhu means source. So shambhu means source of happiness. Swayam means self and bhu means origin so swayambhu means self created.

bhujagendrahāram - The one with the serpent king as his garland.

Meaning is given below-
1. कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं संसारसारं भुजगेन्द्रहारम्।
सदा बसन्तं हृदयारबिन्दे भबं भवानीसहितं नमामि॥
अर्थात- जो कर्पूर जैसे गौर वर्ण वाले हैं, करुणा के अवतार हैं, संसार के सार हैं और भुजंगों का हार धारण करते हैं, वे भगवान शिव माता भवानी सहित मेरे ह्रदय में सदैव निवास करें और उन्हें मेरा नमन है ।
2. सानन्दमानन्दवने वसन्तमानन्दकन्दं हतपापवृन्दम्। वाराणसीनाथमनाथनाथं श्रीविश्वनाथं शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥
अर्थात- जो भगवान् शंकर आनन्दवन काशी क्षेत्र में आनन्दपूर्वक निवास करते हैं, जो परमानन्द के निधान एवं आदिकारण हैं, और जो पाप समूह का नाश करने वाले हैं, ऐसे अनाथों के नाथ काशीपति श्री विश्वनाथ की मैं शरण में जाता हूँ ।
3. अवन्तिकायां विहितावतारं मुक्तिप्रदानाय च सज्जनानाम्। अकालमृत्यो: परिरक्षणार्थं वन्दे महाकालमहासुरेशम्॥
अर्थात- जो भगवान् शंकर संतजनों को मोक्ष प्रदान करने के लिए अवन्तिकापुरी उज्जैन में अवतार धारण किए हैं, अकाल मृत्यु से बचने के लिए उन देवों के भी देव महाकाल नाम से विख्यात महादेव जी को मैं नमस्कार करता हूँ ।
4. नागेन्द्रहाराय त्रिलोचनाय भस्माङ्गरागाय महेश्वराय ।
नित्याय शुद्धाय दिगम्बराय तस्मै नकाराय नमः शिवाय ॥
अर्थात- जिनके कण्ठ में सर्पों का हार है, जिनके तीन नेत्र हैं, भस्म ही जिनका अंगराग है और दिशाएँ ही जिनका वस्त्र हैं अर्थात् जो दिगम्बर (निर्वस्त्र) हैं ऐसे शुद्ध अविनाशी महेश्वर 'न' कारस्वरूप शिव को नमस्कार है।
