Honestly Shinobu, why she ever expected Tomioka to answer who the song is about I will never know. Literally everything they asked of him is awfully personal and I can’t fathom why anyone would think they entitled to such answers from someone who I can not believe actually trusts them (I know that in cannon Tomioka is glad for his (one-sided mostly) convos with Shinobu but I will always firmly believe that he shouldn’t find them so comforting because she is literally just bullying him in them)
Bullying is a term where the person is physically or mentally hurt, Shinobu's quote on quote "bullying" is the bare minimum, as Giyuu enjoys her presence around him. Because Shinobu spends time with him, to get him to talk back to her. I hope this helps, sorry if it's not a good explanation, I'm not well with explaining.
