Keep going, i was scammed about a year ago. Im a single mom so i had to save up for a couple years to get a service dog only to be scammed. After being scammed you really get scared about getting scammed again. Definitely got me to sub

One way is to get an Anti-Scam App.
Or set your preferences to only accept calls from your contacts list,
otherwise it will be a silent call, no ringing (up to you).
Your landline company may have a "Call Screening" service, ethically it should be free,
if not there are handsets with similar functions.
