I don't play bloodline, but I can give you some of the advice of from what I know. Toughness, bloodline need a lot of toughness. Since bloodline does not have any cc skills like stun, but they have a very good survival mobility. You will definitely need a good amount of toughness on endo and your character stat. This will allow you break off your opponent by their parry easily since bloodline are very much auto attack For protection, you will need a parry, deadly, tough, and -dmg stat for exo. For endo protection, you will need deadly, +dmg, tough, and atk. I think that is the way for bloodline build. I am not too sure yet, because I don't really main bloodline. @FrancesCarino you can use the odin set. The holy artifact wep where they give you pvp power. So here is how it works, make your ATK stat 2000 which gives you 30 pvp power, and then make your deadly 2000 which gives 20 pvp power. So that means, you gained 50 pvp power on one of your artifact wep. It ain't that bad though. Or you can use 4 pieces of red rage rune on deploy that gives u 20 pvp power. Anyway, I hope this information will help you understand

Can you do a bloodline build? Imstruggling with gem set ups and protection. im vip 3 with 182k power at level 83 but i feel like i could be higher
