Finally, here it is - our TOP 10 things from the Lugano Region including 1 Bonustipp! Let us know in the comments which you liked best! We are curious to know.....
I love your videos! I am in Phoenix AZ...and thinking about moving to Suiza...Can you buy land and build your own house there?...how complicated would you say it is?...How hard is it to setting up shop there, from your point of view?...I am thinking of opening up a small business with maybe 4, or 5 employees...on one hand, and maybe another a little bigger perhaps, like a restaurant or something, then an office, like a Corporation headquarters. Thank you! I have been thinking about that since 2018 and Norway came to mind back then. Then Deutschland, Österreich...Italy perhaps (likely)...I love the Neutrality of Switzerland, and most of the safety nets of investing there for that same fact. What about Religion?...Catholic Churches?... Anyway...thank you!
Happy you like the videos. Well, concerning buying a house or building a business.... on ebig tipp: do not choose any EU coutnry at the moment. Inflations is big, political situation mainly instable, especially in Germany. Really cannot recommend it. I moved away from Germany about 19 years ago when it all started already. And the situation is culminating at the moment. Switzerland is still stable, also Norway and the other scandinavian countries (but there it is dark in winter!). You can buy property as a business investor in Switzerland. But all possibilities you must check with a local lawyer in the region where you want to live/work. Take in consideration that per canton (region) in Switzerland, law might vary slightly. Concerning religion, Switzerland is a christian country. There are regions that are mainly protestant, others mainly catholic. But you will also find comminuties of Hindus and muslims who can practice theirs believes. In general, building up a business in Switzerland is still very much possible and easier than in the EU countries. In needs some persistence, some money. But the most important thing is, you need to speak one of the official languages (german french or italian). Otherwise it will become difficult and you spend lots of money in lawyers or translators.
@ Thank you so much! I keep watching your other videos on "signed off" devices...I think Switzerland, being a Neutral Nation, and with all its history, culture...CHRISTIAN!!! 🫶🏼✝️🫶🏼 Is the best option. Here in the US the cost of living sounds to be higher than there actually, in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Arizona area at least, Dental Insurance is not that good, and regular health insurance is at least $400.00 a month, a Gym membership is also $400.00, and other things are also up there...house maintenance, etc. So, it really isn't that much different...Weather is nice, except for the summers, and Electricity can get around $350.00 per month for a 2000 sq ft home. Anyway, you guys should visit some time, March and April are the best months of the year weather wise... Ty again!!!
