I rarely watch Tamil movies as i am based in kolkata but the movies that featuredyou like Nam Nadu, Nenjil Oralayam.., Motor Sundaram Pillai... were lovely movies and the little moppet Kutti P stole our hearts with her amazing acting prowess and cute chubby presence.
And now watching your KPTV shows i have rediscovered you r amazing effervescence. You speak sense and come across as a frank forthright and spiritual prrson..Would love to hear and watch your shows. Btw i want to watch your interview with Kanaka (actress).becoz i am a great fan of the beautous Devila and Kanaka reminded me so much of her mother..I feel sad that such a wonderful actress like her simply faded away after a brief stint.Why are tamil movies filled with North Indian female starswhen there is so much untapped talent in South?

I very much agree Sir. She herself kept claiming she was Ashtvadhani. Her dancing skills were questionable and so was her singing. A music College principal should be a person who has dedicated their life to classical music not a partime singer actress. One thing good about her arrogant behavior is Savithri got Missiamma main role as Bhanumathi was thrown out. Savithri was atleast a dozen times better actress than Bhanumathi.

Yes, I had also known that the chance to act in Missiamma went to the Great Savithiri at PB's refusal. As far her dialogue deliveries, We can quote Madurai Veeran for instance when at the end of the movie, Padmini would have rendered her dialogues more effectively than PB while PB had fluttered it. So also in Thaikku Pin thaaram when Kannamba chides her for her association with MGR. Here also PB would have fluttered அத்தே அத்தே. Shaking her hands awkwardly which brought loud laughter in the audience, I remember. Once again thank you for your cute and crisp comments sister.

I definitely liked her "Bhaktha Dhruva" where all actors were kids, she just was not great at every thing she claimed."Thenali Raman" if you leave the dance part alone, she was very good as a the vamp.Comedy and negative roles worked very well for her. I don't think I liked any of her songs unlike S Varalakshmi who had a beautiful voice and elegant pronounciation.
