Been to this Russian Market before. Walked from Ben Thanh Market to this place, just a kilometer under the scorching hot sun, I guess it was in June last year and picked up a The North Face backpack and a tee of the same brand. Fully air-conditioned, better than Saigon Square.
Been in there today because I wanted to buy a Canada Goose coat and they don’t really bargain a lot in this market. Also tried to get that Patagonia jacket and the best I could do after asking all the shops that had it was 800k dong (925k in the shop where you bought them). If you want to buy something I suggest checking all the shops before and then maybe you can get 100k additional discount.
@@reverserockettv007 800k per one Patagonia jacket. In the shop where you bought them the lady wouldn’t go below 925k for one (even told her I had seen her in a video 🤣). When I was leaving another woman came and told me to go to her shop and there she offered 800k per jacket. I’ll try again in Hanoi and see If I can get a better deal.
But everytime I visit it I can see Aussie guys only as buyers! And they always prefer viet dongs (VD1,100,000 ~ US$50). And yes, you've been a bit overpriced ((((.
Can I get the info on the pen house lol my husband and I are thinking about taking a trip to Saigon for the Tet in 2025, that pen house that you were at is dope lol
It’s called the one Saigon. It’s in a really good location as well! So tet lands on January 29th 2025 and I believe last for 10 days.. I would honestly try to get there a few days before the 29th so you could see everyone setting up for the holiday. It’s really an unbelievable experience to visit Vietnam! Here is the address.. 45Đ.
