Just the Tip!! That's what she said! - Michael Scott🤣😂🤣😂 QQ, What garage let's you in to work on your own car? That's pretty sick they let you hop on in like that! Good Vid mane! 🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯
I just got them and put them on. You don’t need a lift to take the old tips off or put the new ones on. It took me less than 15 minutes to do everything.
Nice enhancement. Do you know if the other M5 tips such as the OEM replicas on the Twenty Two website are attached with the allen key fastener or do they use the clamps? Some picture on the website show the tips with clamps and some without clamps. The allen key fastener is a much cleaner install.
I just got the tips and you don’t need to lift the car up to take the tips off. Also I have a 2021 base M5 and the new tips don’t stick out as much as they seem to on this competition M5
@@WhatsyourForte I appreciate your video where you explained how to remove them. I called around looking for a dealer to put them on and no takers. Remembering what you said I went out with a mallet and just started tapping and they came off easily. Not only did you introduce me to a good product but you saved me the labor of paying someone else to do it. Much appreciated
@@WhatsyourForte update: I checked to make sure the screws were still tight and I noticed that rust was ground the tiny screws. I think I’ll remove all of them and replace them with higher quality screws that won’t rust. Be sure to check yours.
@@WhatsyourFortedoes these cf black tips have issues with peeling & flaking with the black insert on them . I have just read they have issues with that . How are your ones holding up ???
No because when I got my G80 I did performance center delivery so they did not add anything on to my car and could not charge me. That is the way around it
WARNING! I purchased this product and I wish I could return it. The paint is coming off on the two center tips and the attachment screws a rusting. I contacted their customer service and got the runaround and excuses. I filed a defective product claim with my credit card company and after I explained to them what the problem is they immediately agreed that these exhaust tips are low quality and they launched an investigation. I would rather spend the extra money and get a good product than end up with something low quality.
@@WhatsyourForte they want me to pay to send the items back and then claim they will charge a restocking fee if they do decide to take the items back. Called my credit card company and they said they will deal with them under their defective product policy. I saw some similar negative reviews on this company from other people almost exactly like my story. I’ll continue to support tryouts but won’t deal with that company ever again. I have the money and I’ll go with a DINAN exhaust or maybe with BMW and get their tips.
The Factory Titanium M Performance Exhaust is what this car needs, and it’s valveless, ecu controls pops and bangs with exhaust button near shifter.
I looked into it and the cost of that exhaust is over $7000 and nit much of a hp gain. Don’t think it’s worth it. Dinan might be a better option
Man! Those freak'n tips are hitt'n hard!
Edit: Luv'n that banner,..."NO HALF SENDS"!
They look great 👍🏾

Definitely gives that rear end a more stylish and aggressive look! #levelup

Oh yeah I know you don’t need to lift it. The car was on the lift getting my KW HAS kit on so I took advantage of it. Glad they fit well

What is the valve controller for, if you can open and close the valves from inside the car? Btw, great looking ride man 🤙🏽
The BMW OEM valve operation is not 100% open all the time. It has been proven to actuate. This controller is a full on/off switch
Wowo, didn't realize that!@@WhatsyourForte
...The Allen key is for the Grub Screw..
What’s your Forte what’s the next carshow or event you will be attending in Charlotte?
Hey man… I missed this months Cars and coffee but I should be at the next beers and gears
I'm still waiting for the Carbon accents you spoke of when you got the car.

Are the exhaust tips adjustable? Is there a way for them not to stick out ?
This is all the way in. I am going to talk with them about making a shorter version
Is that with catless downpipes?
In this video this is stock. I did not have Downpipes yet

Definitely reach out to the company As they do have a warranty on defects. I have had 3 pair of these tips on different cars and never had an issue.
Keep me updated

Just a heads up all of twenty two tuning’s parts come from China, I just got these tips and it had Chinese packaging lol
Most of the Carbon you buy online does. BMW OEM carbon is made in Taiwan. Nothing wrong with being made in China. A lot of stuff is.
