This under,up,out swing is perfect medicine for me. I tried this and wowed me. Do not forget uuo!!!! Thanks Steve! Your subscribers will hit 100,000 soon.
This thought/feeling really worked for me. Had a breakthrough at the range and was hitting it effortlessly. The “under” and “up” were the cues that helped me the most. New golfer and this was a great lesson.
Love it man!!! I also love your leg action. A lot of people talk about the trail knee beating the hands to the ball (“the finish line”). Even though it’s not a result. But a byproduct. Another well explained vid brother!!!
subscribed. thanks for trying to help us up our game. I've watched quite a few of your videos..... I'd like to see you up your audio game a bit....wouldn't take too much effort and would greatly improve the watchability of your videos. thanks!
I have been a fan of Mike Austin from the first time I watched his video. I have watched every video that is available today. I have taken his concepts to the driving range but everything goes right, straight right! I gave up but after watching your video it has sparked an interest in revisiting his swing methodology. More videos please!
Lol! First time I used his method shot a -2! Everything dead straight. A few things ones with fwd. ball position. Crazy. One practice session. Abandoned method because didn't like the 4 thin ones I hit! And ever since can't shoot anything better than 5 over par.
❤ Assalam o alaikum. Seen many videos posted by you. I am veteran golfer . Learnt a lot from you. . I am worried about my play with driver ( tee shots) . Distance and accuracy both awful.
I have noticed that PGA Pros when they finish they are not anymore C shape finish. They finish straight up including Tiger Woods. According to your finish the upper body should be leaning back in finish as forming C. Can u explain that? Thanks.
Steve, awesome video. Questions, do you use a checkpoint to be sure you turn enough on the backswing? Like getting your left shoulder behind the ball before starting the downswing? Thanks
are you pulling hips back like you do with the chair behind you drill with the irons? Also what if I am left handed and play right handed where I am left arm dominant?
The wrists are throwing the clubhead assisted by the extending right elbow. In fact, the arms are not exactly passive but for most the feeling of being more passive in the arms is a good image.
Steve, great as always, simple & uncomplicated. I’ve been doing this with the speed whoosh but the whoosh sound is more just past impact. I can only make it whoosh high and to the left if I don’t break my wrists till well after impact. Any suggestions. Thx
As with hitting a baseball or softball the more you can get your body wt into the hit the ball will fly however the swing has to be correct tw probably can’t hit a softball out of the in- field because his golf swing would be wrong in hitting a baseball
If “out” does not mean rightfield then how do you sir explain Mike Austin’s use of an alignment rod pointing 45 degrees to the right (he mentioned the word ‘tangent’) along which he said you must ‘feel’ that you are swinging along coming in to impact. The classic in to out pattern. Your hand of God idea is dubious but the down and up are excellent so thanks for that
Steve Pratt is the BEST. He knows his stuff. Thx Steve.

Thanks Steve, brilliantly explained. I’ll be trying this for sure 😎
Makes perfect sense can’t wait to try this! Good stuff man, once again!

Cheers Steve. I adopted your driver set up routine today and cleared some extra bunkers :)
How does this fit with the David duval “throwing hard from the top”… “this crazy move” that keeps winning on tour?
Nice tips I am doing good at the range but struggling on the course 😅. Thanks
What's your best explanation?

11pm, problem is I can’t as open as you are before I swing the club into the ball. My hips aren’t as flexible. Any help?

Tiger used 'turn your left shoulder over your right toe.' Tough advice for older golfers though. I advice using my Power Coil Pro and facing a mirror.
Steve, good stuff, but how do you avoid topping irons?
are you pulling hips back like you do with the chair behind you drill with the irons? Also what if I am left handed and play right handed where I am left arm dominant?
Yes and left arm dominant is good!
I think the most advantage of this swing is that the clubhead stays exagtly spare on the target-line for a very long time.
i have heard throw the club with the right hand but the arms are passive and react to the lower body going first. tough one to figure

How does this tie in with the sling shot video?? How do the hands get in close to legs?? How do you turn the handle to the left?? Seems contradictory.
with the invention of UA-cam - students are getting smarter and identifying contradictions among teachers. @@Jackybug
A true game changer for anyone who has had issues with going over the top.
Im thinking a forehand cross in tennis

What if you're hitting with trees hindering your flight
Then you need better clubface control!
How do you avoid dropping the right shoulder?
I want to drop the right shoulder.
