As a Spanish emigrant living in Australia who loves and misses his country so much, the Spanish episodes across the series have brought me a lot of cheerful memories. Such a great job by Adam and the team, as you have truly been capable of encapsulating the gastronomic essence of each territory in 10 to 20 min videos. You really tried what you had to try and created an amazing and unique experience for each episode, thank you all for this incredible series and I can't wait to see more (let's hope it happens soon enough)!

Damn I would love to travel through Spain and Portugal taking in games. They have some of the tastiest looking foods from each region. I know this episode is only this one region but from other shows I think you could spend months traveling and only get a small idea of the tastes.
I lived in Barcelona for 2 years in the early noughties. Some of the best food I ever ate was from those little family run bars dotted around everywhere. I miss that place. I'm sorry Adam had to witness what probably was the worst derby of all time. Well, to say our whole season was underwhelming would be an understatement... but the derby specially was as entertaining as watching paint dry. Glad he enjoyed his time and the food here!!! HALA OVIEDO!!!!

It's way more than that. Recipe contains beans, chorizo, blood sausage and bacon, all smoked and homemade. All the ingredients are homemade. Traditionally it is cooked in a wood stove for many hours, so the beans have a buttery texture. Believe me, you should try it hahaha
