They deserved the unique equip more than Goku/Bardock.
This unit doesn't deserve early unique equipment their green card is enough to combo that long, with GoDock they can't do that without having a unique gauge that's why legends gave one that unit.
@JeffreyMontero-wv7bi The problem is that there are so many charecters to disrupt their combo. It just makes it harder for them to get their first gauge

It’s depressing because character is based on one of my favourite moments in super and in my typical luck with favourites they suck pretty much a month after they released -_-
This is so true I summoned and got super vegeta because vegeta is my fav character and his final flash scene was like legit so cool and when he dropped he was the most mid unit released so far which was crazy disappointing cause super 17 and ulthan were released right before and after him. Same with fusing gogeta boys they were just worse compared to fusing vegito which my friend got and god goku was just… not ultimate gohan..

Nah there barely usable now and there’s no correct way to use them cuz ya know there supposed to be an unstoppable combo unit only to get heavy countered by counter units.
i spent around 40k cc when they came out cuz i love blue kaioken en didnt get him just for them to suck after a few weeks

Marked a time period where the Meta was genuinely in a good spot. But the devs reaaalllllyyy couldn’t help themselves like a month later
Honestly , double card draw and cover null on entry , and drawing a card ( potentially a green upto 3 times 👀 ) on tag switching every time would fix a lot of the issue , counter gauges would still be annoying but having ki protection ( I belive they have card protection ) would also be helpful .
they need way more dmg too ngl
yeah since card protection is so good in current meta like every broken unit has card destruction
Maybe like an extra 20% gauge increase rate per card, and they'll be good to go imo
I woudl also add like "15% damage inflicted per card used for 5 counts" Just to help out with their damage output

I post showcase videos of Evoken lol. Unpopular opinion, they need defensive buffs instead, like endurance and healing when you fill their gage, and maybe cover null when tag switch. That much would be alright

When you fight other players in legends you should not swipe without thinking what you should do, watch your opponents character body movement before you do anything.
That's how Godly players play in dragon ball legends PvP the term "they'll read you like a book", it'a a metaphor that's why their reach Godly rank it'll end up muscle memory over time playing a lot of matches.

If they had destroy card null and reduce ki null for the first 30-60 counts to help build the gauge then they would actually be good

Every tag unit that’s just a damage dealer is gonna have the same fate as them once they leave boost
14:10 drawing a card on tag. since day 1 it’s been an issue, you need a green out the gate to combo long enough and even then you usually need 2 combos to get the first gauge
Since I 14* them at the festival I will say some stuff about this unit.
1- their first is 1 card away of completing itself considering no debuufs, therefore he needs card protection and 2 extra cards to be safe .
2 their debuff and disrupt is way too outdated, he needs card destruction or dragon ball destructions when taking hits
3 they need more dmg on the blue
This seems like a “win harder” unit, where by the time you have fully built them up, you probably would have already won with another unit

They should get a play equip that would make them less spongy
As underwhelming as they may seem, I think they are perfectly balanced. They have a lot of regen and are designed to help control a lengthy battle, along with several other bonuses. Also I think easy access to a quick unique gauge would be broken since it’s relatively easy to build up. They may be lacking in some areas, but a unit that can do everything isn’t fair to the other units. I just feel you need to know the right way to play.
I used this character a lot, and the main issue I believe is that. tag switch should give 1 card for sure; green card should nullify card destruction and always provide 50 ki and 2 cards every time. and last, a little bit of tanking ability. Damage buff can be compensated for combo potential. Better put it in A-tier buffs . GG
Would be cool too see fused zamasu or cell as the ultra for part 3

It's sad cause I way prefer the combo design characters then the one hit wonder characters. They are way better for the health of the game and not making powercreep go rampant while also being setup for longevity since they don't become worthless in their role when they don't outright one shot something but instead it's turned into a game where you don't really do much comboes in general cause every new unit has 18 defensive mechanics to end them. They really just are against making useful and strong new offensive mechanics.
