Excellent work Ricardo, this is going to help many project managers.
Thank you for sharing Ricardo! Agree with your approach regarding time-phased breakdown. Although there is always 3-5 staged life cycles in industrial construction projects and some people intuitively tend to reflect that in WBS, I found delivery based my method to work better (and push phased deliverables into activity levels).
A tip from me (not necessarily applicable to all type of projects) is to consider contracting breakdown while composing WBS. This facilitate organising the works into single- responsibility packages 📦
