If you want recommendations, the Alexandrov Ensemble/Red Army Choir can really hype you up, and the Imperial Japanese Army has good songs for jogging/cardio (same with fife and drum marches, very good for getting into a rhythm). Russian ballet and modern classical is also very good, less for working out and more in general.

It has always been believed this was The Old Guard at Waterloo but i have read it was The Middle Guard, there was also a Young Guard , if that is true what were the Qualifications for each? I believe they included length of service, how many battles / campaigns they tòk part in and how many wounds they suffered. How many soldiers in each ?
I dont know why they dont play this at the parde at the 14th of July every year....its the most powerful military march ever...even more powerful than every prussian march.
