Doing combos before a grab or a heavy attack is very useful using the weights from the Gym increases your strength and toughness to do more damage and have a higher chance to survive when dying. Double tapping left right forward and back can make you dodge attacks and make running Npcs run into a wall if there is one. Holding attack and grab to block attacks. Sometimes spamming grab when in a choke hold or something you can do counters to knock down or do your own choke holds on Npcs. I hope you see this and enjoy.
