- The news has broke about Dr. Disrespect and the reason he was banned from Twitch. Allegations of him talking to minors were revealed to be true, which is one of the biggest stories to ever happen in gaming. All of it has had me doing lots of thinking about a wide array of ideas. this isnt the place for me to defend or codemn guy beahm the person. just my thoughts on this dark and disappointing story.

This is the most well constructed breakdown of this situation I have ever seen man. Incredible. If only everyone had this same amount of intellect
Appreciate that Brodie 🫡🫡
best breakdown on this, exactly how I discuss this as well - good to know someone is likeminded with this. but too many people wont see it this way
i think part of growing up is realizing how dumb you used to be. i dont fault them for thinking they got the world figured out. i appreciate the words brother ✊
The thing about him losing relationships, losing product sponsorships and friends. That already happened 4 years ago. They treated him exactly the same as they are treating him now, for nothing but being banned by Twitch! No information of why he was banned or anything. So I feel like he paid his price back then.
And lets not forget in 2017, he apologized for cheating on his wife. He took 6 months off. They don't have anymore Dm's or text messages after 2017?
So obviously he's not a predator.. he's just a guy who did some stupid stuff like some guys on the internet and regretted it.
I love that there are people like you who see the world a bit differently than those channels that get like 100k views in a day or two and don't help at all
The fact that some of the other vids on this topic have almost 100k views and this only has 300 is a bit sad, but know the people who saw this appreciate it loooots :)
I'm still a fresh channel tryna figure things out. One day maybe we'll get there 🙏 I appreciate the love!
@@dqRoman i dont even play or watch valorant content lol but ur channel is pretty fun to watch, cant wait to see how far u can grow!
This is the best perspective/take I've seen about the Doctor Disrespect allegations.
i appreciate you man 🫡
I remember back when I was a kid, you needed a parents email to be connected to the account as well. I understand that approach won’t work now due to kids being smarter than we were but something like this needs to be put in place
most people who hate other creators like that dont even give a shit about the situation or care whatever happened was right or wrong they just get another reason to hate that cc
100%
I really liked your friend story. It was genuine and sincere in a world that is clearly lacking in quality or character. It was a nice touch, Cheers!
GOD BLESS 🫡
This is an interesting perspective, not the same commentery video again for views
i appreciate you beloved ✊
I will always stand on the side of internet freedom, I can respect people using the good old "think of the children" argument... But it is also a fact of life that with freedom comes responsibility. Internet is also world wide, not just something Americans use, which makes that type of control over it absolutely impossible to begin with, just something a lot of Americans seem to forget.
@@Lornext we have global bodies that oversee all types of markets. This isn't an American specific concept.
Finally someone who isn't just clout chasing. I seriously started raging at the shallow mindset most content creators have, and this is regardless of anything Dr.D related
Honestly what is worse about this situation, none had taken him admitting to the accusations into consideration. Which it is much different than most youtubers who had been under allegations. Even if the jurors know he is guilty and what is actually going on, they legally can't say anything otherwise they will be put into prison for it.
The only thing I don't mind about is the memes coming from it. Which I do find quite a bit of them funny.
Bro what gun are you using there
THE CRIT 🙌🙌
broo what game u playing that looks fun
@@Fronioll9973 BROO BORDERLANDS 3
@@dqRoman i am actually new to pc gaming never heard of that game i'll try it out
@@Fronioll9973 bro that's so wild to me. Borderlands is one of the best co op games ever. You gotta play them
@@dqRoman yea i searched on yt its really famous idk how i didnt know about yhis gAME😅
What Does The Dr. Disrespect Situation Mean?
it means his public career is over, and for good reason. he can, of course, grow to be a better person, but never ever should he be allowed to have the spotlight.
it is absolutely fucked up that all this took place in 2017, with the downfall-fallout happening just now.
Doc is a clown and deserves to be locked up
Ok
What should he be locked up for?
Your view that someone who murdered at least one person and robbed at least one bank is a good person is.... challenging. A murder is arguably more than "a bad thing". I am absolutely sure the situation is nuanced, but it's incredibly tough to defend some actions. I imagine a vast majority of people would really struggle to say "He's a good person except for that time he murdered and the times he robbed".
All that said, the 'wild west' nature of the internet definitely can create problems. Nevertheless, adults do need to take responsibility, both in the knowledge that it isnt regulated, and also if they are in a position of power. Because something is allowed by opportunity (or position), doesn't make it permitted.
You are proving my point to a tee. You have no idea who this person is, what theyve done with their life, you don't know the situation that occured and you don't even know whether or not the things he was convicted of he actually did. And yet your brain is already attempting to decipher whether they're good or bad.
I think somethings gone weird with the replies. I do apologise, I misheard, and that it was only attempted murder.
@@dqRoman I exatrapolated that if he had not done the crime (wrongly convicted), that you would have said so. If that is the case, you've done your friend a little dirty here, and made them seem worse by the omission of saying your friend was wrongly convicted.
I hope they get justice, and their appeal (assuming they are working on that process) gets upheld. All the best to them and you.
@@Spanner1971B i didnt omit anything. im showcasing you doing the exact thing im rebuking in this video. you have no idea who this person is, dont know anything about their life other than one small thing, and your brain goes "ahh bad person". thats insane behavior. lets make the world a better place and not be so eager to denounce people
@@dqRoman This exactly.
People do not seem to understand how to draw the line between justification of actions and empathy. This occurs both on and offline.
Good and bad are extremely complicated topics, legality and society be damned. People can make horrific decisions with terrible outcomes, but ultimately pay the price and reform from said actions. Your friend, for example, hopefully will be released much sooner than when he is old. I do not believe actions that harm others are justifiable, but we can empathize and understand how and why people do things. I am sure your friend had his reasons.
The amount of virtue signaling that occurs in our society now that we have social media documenting every inch of our lives is a little scary, honestly. Stay safe, great video.
Liked the video until you went on about your friend. You cant say someone is a good person if they have committed multiple bank robberies and other crimes. Mistakes are mistakes when its something that doesn't change it becomes who that person is
so then by that same logic, someone can be a horrible person their whole life, but go do a few very nice things, then continue being a horrible person and those few good things now made them a good person. its braindead logic. people are defined by the entirety of their life, not a small segment.
but im glad you are proving my point that your brain feels the urge to dictate someones moral stance by only knowing a diminuitive part of their entire life story. you are exactly the group im talking abou
