If the armor ends up popping apart, try DAP Weldwood Contact cement. Its what cosplayers use for EVA foam armor

Hey I know I'm late but hope you see this!
Invest in a Hest gun
Foam is very maleable and porus
By heating it up you can mold it to be more curved, make sure to keep the shape 3 or 4 mins while it cools down
Also it'll get rid of the porous texture of the foam and give you a more uniform finish!

Also adding some knee strap or low thigh so the armor follows ur leg movements

Can I ask, where did you get the sculpting bust (?) which was beside your 3d printer?
I currently in the process making my own Protogen head but having trouble with creating the template for the fur and saw a few makers having these heads for that.

Is it possible to fill in the gap between the edges of the screen and the visor, so you can't see the inner reflection of the LEDs?

yes and no, you could cover up more of the space behind the screens but it takes away your vision inside the suit. Maybe some new type of dye for the visor would work better, good question

One question, when you ordered the visor, what would it look like if you got a clear visor?

Great job but why didnt you look up some cosplay tutorials beforehand? You could have skipped the foam experimentation and should just use contact cement as glue...

He is also very anti furry. The reason he is a furry I denial and a hater is because he watches and enjoys so much furry media along with having a fursona but absolutely hates any and every fursuiter he sees, convention or not. He is fine with watching fursuiters though.
