You mean at the start? It's just RNG. Sometimes, it'll get distracted by Vinette too. Doesn't affect the run too much.

What are the new accessories for?
The one with crit hit multiplier is an upgraded version of Sniper Goggles for raid. The one with heal is an upgraded Ocean Earring for healers. The one with ATK debuff negation is an upgraded Melody Earring for niche challenges/PvP. The new yellow boss rush accessories are new elements variants of Cursed Necklace for game modes like Tetis where you have a lot of monsters to take advantage of the ATK on kill effect.
