Tidal Wave - Towse (Tiny Desk 2023)

Wrote this song in January this year, it's about the experience of trauma, specifically the experience of being triggered, and reflecting on the things that GET me and the ways I hurt other people inadvertently when I'm hurting. It's hard to do the WORK but it's WORTH it.
