Recipe:
Ingredients:
Suji/ semolina 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Maida 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ghee
Milk 1/4 cup
Method:
Put semolina and sugar in a blender and make a fine powder. Transfer in a mixing bowl. Put maida, ghee and baking soda. Put milk and make a dough. Now make lemon sized ball from it. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool it down and then serve.
