The route must be Hyderabad -> chittoor -> Vellore --> Thiruvannamalai -> Pondicherry.
Most of the Pondy to Hyderabad buses operate on this route.
Few buses like Orange operate through ECR route. Pondicherry-> Kalpakkam ->Mamallapuram -> Chennai --> Hyderabad ( sorry I'm not familiar with places between Chennai n Hyderabad)
