I'm always amazed how there's gender reassignment surgery, all kinds of hormone replacement stuff but when it comes to teeth the options are grim and so costly its insane
How are the options grim? There's literally dozens of options to getting the smile you want. And wtf does gender reassignment surgery have to do with teeth? It's not like those types of surgeries and/or hormones are cheap. The two aren't even comparable anyways, you just wanted to be transphobic. Grow up.
that's why so many people have missing and bad teeth! Furthermore dental insurance is a joke,...it doesn't cover hardly any or just a fraction, ...and to make matters even worse I found that most dentist don't even accept the insurance. ...everything out of pocket.
In reality, this IS the cheaper option. Up until the 3 on 6, the average permanent full mouth restoration (All-on-4) was $80k. Our 3 on 6 system has cut that price in half and many doctors doing things the old way are unhappy that we are driving prices down. We understand that it's not affordable for everyone. The 3 on 6 is the best permanent smile restoration available but for those who want something cheap, there are other options such as dentures and implant supported dentures.
All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth... well actually an upper denture and a lower partial. Insurance should make this affordable for everyone. Imagine a world where everyone can have a beautiful smile, and proudly show it. What the world needs now is love... and people smiling.
I am so depressed about my teeth. I have had bad teeth all my life even though I’ve brushed and flossed. Bridges and root canals. All are failing and I can’t smile, can’t eat, have sores on the sides of my mouth and have no insurance. My husband has been laid off and was just diagnosed with ureter cancer. I wish I could have my teeth fixed. All I want is to smile again.
i feel bad for you but your not alone i'm going through it to no social life can't smile it's horrible and theres no choices it's rob a bank or save for 5 to 7 years and hope you can still do it. it's a fked situation but you are not alone in this
Thats tru i was like both of you for many years i had no teeth at all for 5 or 6 years cuz i had to pull off all my teeth but couple years ago my cousin did finish the collage and he became DDS Doctor Of Dental surgery half price which is on U.S or little less ìthan Dr. Surgery dentist and could fix them at him. If you want to fix your teeth for half price or less which is in US i can make i can tell you and help you to make reservations and you can come in Kosova-Europe to get your teeth fixed better than in many places of world with a guarantee and have a grat vacation while you are here you don't have to give me money or anyone else you only have to buy a plain ticket and come here and and pay the doctor i guarantee you that you will be very very satisfied.
You poor lady. Firstly, I hope ur husband will be ok. Pray for God's provision. He knows ur situation. Maybe He will help u to win enough money to hve ur teeth done. I wish I cud help u.
I had bad teeth and lost many now I always rinse my mouth after eating acid food and alcohol and sweet yhings including juice etc. and do the rest flossing and brushing of course. My teeth are a bit better now, People do coconut oil pulling very good too check it out at U tube. Best wishes/
I have dentures and love them - no issues what so ever . took a couple of weeks to get used to - i speak well with them and eat what I want. No dentists in my life - not ever again

Wish I hqd stuck with stopping it with penicillin afew times a yr. Was a cavity hiding behind a crown. Went thru the dentin.
I just had a full top denture put in and a partial at the bottom. I don't find them uncomfortable or annoying. They have changed my life completely in a great way. I intend on getting implants but that's going to cost $20,000. My top denture and bottom partial including extractions cost me $8000
@@donalddemo I live in New South Wales Australia so the prices are different. I've spoken with my dentist and he said whenever I want them he can do them for me. They also offer payment plans interest free which is great for people who can't afford the full price. 😁
They offer financial help here to but, you have to be approved by a company the dentist recommends. And if you're on disability then they won't give you credit because, if you can pay, they can't by law sue you or garnish your disability check!! So you won't get credit!!
I believe in dentist making a porfit, however 90% of people cannot afford even $5,000..everyone should be able to have this at an affordable rate. Teeth health effects your entire health and life. Like medical care, dental care is not a privilege but a necessity! With the technology we have today plus the 3D printers that can make these ...I don't see why the cost cannot be closer to the $5,000 mark. I'd sign up in a second, yet still need to pay it off over a 5 yr period with my income. Sounds like a great procedure...lets get the cost down!
The lab fee alone is ranging from 5-10k for just labor and materials (this is not the high either), this does not include implant parts. What are you suggesting Dentist should make? Hours of planning, paying staff, rent etc...
Denise DeStefanis $5000 is a lot for me, when I lost me teeth first I lost were the ones (8) that I had root canals! I wore braces in my late 30s into my mid 40s! So Paying more out like that is A hurting in your pocketbook!
Cheaper doesn’t mean better and I experienced that first hand when I went to a cheap dentist, I go to a great one now and I pay a premium out of pocket and it’s way too expensive for me but the result speaks for itself.
They are so expensive here in the US! So many people are doing it abroad now, way cheaper, ex) Mexico, Philippines, etc. You can have a vacation at the same time, cheaper!
@@smileclinicusa looks like its time to start making some sales calls sell 30 products at $1000 each and put into crypto then stake and use the interest to pay for the teeth!
Thanks Melissa. We believe this is the most advanced, most conservative approach to restoring permanent teeth. The other most popular procedure (All-on-4) requires bone to be cut out from the mouth to make space for their bulky restoration. This treatment preserves the patient's healthy bone and gums. I live in England and while we have the National Health Service, dentistry is not free. My dentist said one implant would cost me about £2500 - it's outrageous for what is essentially a few hours work.
As a 32 year old, I do too!! I completely understand. I've broken down a few times watching these videos to see if it's even a possibility in the near future.
We are one of the few offices that is very transparent about our pricing. The 3 on 6 is $14999 for a full upper or lower. With financing and good credit monthly payments start around $300/mo. We also offer free consultations so you can chat with the doctor and see what your best options are.
@@4homemail A vehicle is a means to get to your job to earn money to live on and its isn't a luxury as you are eluding to plus it only fits in to the budget slimy.
Usually when a person gets implants the ridges have shrunk so much they no longer support a denture properly. Over dentures on implants replace thr ridge loss with acrylic for proper lip support.Unfortunately 3 on 6 seems to be a good alternative ,but theirs no added acrylic for gum support and without gum between the teeth ,the teeth tend to look like a row of chicklets and are very expensive.
Appreciate the response Larry. You aren't wrong, in the sense that sometimes the 3 on 6 isn't the best solution when there has been significant bone loss. We also offer all on x in those circumstances. However, there are a lot of things that can be done to enhance the bone and tissue to make it so good bone doesn't have to be removed for the placement of a prosthetic.
I've known for a long time that I needed major dental work. Unfortunately my dental insurance offered 50% of major dental work. So a root canal cost $3000 of which cost me $1500. For one tooth. But the dental implants cost over $30,000. They will finance it with something of value close to the price. Your house! So you will be paying your mortgage, and the $30.000 loan. That's outrageous!0
I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. The Dentist wanted almost $500. I am retired, supporting myself and my out of work kid. I waited until it got really loose and pulled it out myself. Problem solved. I think we need a National Dental Plan. Some people go to Mexico and get it done for half the cost.
@@angelabroughton5980 awful, we need more affordable dental care. Many of my dental problems could have been taken care of before they got worse but I had no money for the dentist.
I have been through cancer. My teeth have paid the price. I wish that you could recommend someone out in the east so that others like myself can get this. I am afraid to remove the few teeth I have. But thank you for your eye opening subject. Maybe insurances will start to cover this style of teeth.
I've had breast cancer, also was on bone density meds, which my doctors forgot to tell me that the bone meds breaks down your bones and rebuilds them, but it just breaks your teeth down, and it crumble my teeth. I went to this dentist I found on line in Charlotte, NC. First thing the dentist said to me why did you not take care of your teeth, which I felt like slapping his face, I've had 9 root canals, wore braces from my late 30s to my mid 40. Lost every tooth that had a root canal. Then he proceed to tell me I was not qualified for dental implants, and he said first of all at that time, you are 65 years old, second you been on bone dentist meds and that breaks your gums down. he pulled my teeth, and mad me some 3-g teeth, the teeth were to big, the gums were larger than the teeth And I could not even shut my mouth. One other thing he was going to pick the color of my teeth, and I told him no sir your not, I am paying for these and I will be picking out my teeth. Took them home and mailed them back to him the next day. He had took a new impression and was going to have a new set made for me. But when I called and told them I was mailing them back and to forget the impression, and that I would find someone else to make me some. Which I did that Thursday. The teeth look good, but that is it. I have yet to learn to eat with them. I wear them when I got out in public, and that is it. Very disappointed!
@Tina Kohler, are you on Reddit by chance? There is a VERY gracious dentist in FL who is GIVING away 12 sets of teeth. It isnt this procedure, but they are permanent implants and everything I've read about them look great!
Sorry pal, but most of us normal folk who don’t have dental insurance can only dream of implants, so forget it. I’ve had dentures for 15 years and their beautiful, no problems chewing, or problem with the fit. I only had to go once for a realign. I don’t even realize their in my mouth. If you get the right dentist you’ll get good fitting dentures. You want people to buy these?....... then make them affordable with payment plans for those of us without dental insurance which is the majority of us.
I had a flipper on my top arch. Long story short. 5 years later, sick as a dog with infection, all my teeth had to be removed. Not from neglect either. Shotty Dentist. Not this one. I now have a mail order denture that I'm very happy with. It is a full denture, but I will be getting a horse shoe denture soon. I want my gums to heal properly.
That's what I want is the horse shoe but either one dentist don't do it or the other one says I don't want it cause I would have to have much more glue 🙄
I agree with anyone that realizes that needing this procedure, and insurance companies should under no terms consider this cosmetic when dentures cause so many problems for people such as myself who are now suffering from malnutrition due to the loss of taste and the extremely of amount of difficulties dealing with traditional dentures. Insurance companies should be ashamed of themselves. So Now my medical expenses are going to go up due to needing to see a gastrologist due to severe stomach issues from the amount of adhesive having to be swallowed, and poor diet due to just skipping eating altogether. Can't taste the food anyway just the adhesive.
I have spent over 50,00 on a 4 tooth bridge. I had the bone grafts and sinus lift. I had them 3 years and had to get them removed because of bone loss. Now I am going to get hybrid dentures on the top. I had bone grafts and sinus lift surgery and will get the 6 implants in 6 months. That surgery was 23,00.00. It is extremely expensive.
I just pray I don't end up with dentures after all this pain, anxiety and money most of all. I've got a partial now on the top while my bone graft s grow It is so uncomfortable and makes me gag I'd hate dentures
This is a very cool treatment. But why is there no patient journey vlogs or updates. I can't find anything online regarding someone's experience with the 3 on 6 that's not provided by the clinic.
Patient health is private by law and so we can only share what we are given permission to share and what the patient is comfortable with. Here is a recent story from one of our patients: ua-cam.com/video/_8DTZxuPAUU/v-deo.html
@@amygreaves5303 Hi Amy! I went to the Taylorsville location as it was closer. (I'm from Wyoming so this is 14hrs round trip 🤣) My experience has been great. Dr. Robert's and his team really are amazing. I had zero pain after extraction/implants I opted to be put under during the process and if it's possible for you, I highly recommend it. I was in dentures for about a year due to Covid/financial situations. However, they are now moving immediately to the screw it temporarily during the healing process. I CANNOT be any any happier with the procedure.
I believe that anyone should be rewarded for their work, but it has become impossible for the average person to be able to afford something like this, ESPECIALLY senior citizens (you know.....the ones without teeth!) who live on Social Security ONLY! When you get your procedure to be covered by Medicare, let me know. I won't hold my breath!
Dentistry is not an option for millions of people worldwide. Educating the world on the root cause of dental decay and gum disease is what is needed. Cleaning and flossing has a very small part to play in keeping teeth healthy. There is much evidence that diet is the major factor leading to decay and ill health. It's not sugar alone, infact carbohydrates of all kinds turn to sugars and the evidence reveals our western vegetarian, high carb, low fat diet is the cause of most dental and metabolic disease. I encourage all who want to have better dental health to research what the keto and carnivore diets are proving capable of restoring.
I think that its the best they got out there an to get your hole mouth done for 30.000 is a great deal if they take 30% down an monthly payments an its about working with people that need it but do not have the money I am happy to know they have that cause i do not like the 4 in one or an pop ins so its getting better an the prices will go down as they make more an smaller in plants will low the cost as well but would have it done if i could get approved
How much is this. Do you ever do charity work for disabled people. I sure would love to get this. I would be so very happy words couldn't say. I so miss being able to eat.
I couldn't even sell my soul for enough to actually have teeth to eat with. It sucks that this is only for extremely wealthy people and everyday people have to suffer just trying to eat.
I'm sorry you feel that way. It starts at around $20k per arch ($40k for a full mouth). Most patients will finance this and the payments come out to about the same as a car payment. We understand that still might not be possible for everyone, but we're proud that we've brought the costs down for permanent smile restorations from what they used to be.
I agree with you! Dentist have gotten so Greedy! I worked in a dental lab making teeth by hand. The dentist gets charged $100 for a crown & marks it up to $1,500 ! Now days they have a machine make the teeth which is even cheaper for the dentist.
I am literally dying from my teeth dumping bacteria into my system, just can't afford a lot, can do some but not all and the pain from rotten teeth are horrific! The dentists that did composites, crowns are all falling apart, I am so depressed!
Implants like that with dentures won’t work for me my dentist try putting one implant on me and it failed everything is so expensive and half my mouth has crowns some still good other are not
That’s the guy from those videos where they would voiceover their kids !! It would be their kids speaking but adults mouthing the words, so funny & I wish I could find the channel again! Had no clue he was a dentist!
This dentist talks about his restoration process as being more cost effective. How cost are you talking? I can’t afford ANY of these options so, I don’t know why I bothered to ask. It’s never going to be affordable for me.
The number 1 reason people go to gofundme.com is that they can't pay for medical expenses and it works for some You do the due diligence, tell all your friends and family, you can hand out flyers, ask for a discount from the dentist offer to advertise, etc.
It's obscene that in the US most people cannot afford to take excellent care of their teeth and then when we inevitably lose them, we can't afford to pay the ridiculous costs to have a normal mouth again. Shame on this greedy industry. Dental health IS physical health. To pretend that poor dental health doesn't cause terrible overall health problems and even death is just all about greed and nothing else. I have a genetic disorder that ruined my teeth from a youngster on and have zero options for help. I'm saving up to go to Mexico and get my mouth fixed. I've been saving for 7 years. At the rate I'm going it will take me another 10.
Most of our patients experience some pain for around 48 hours after the procedure. It is managed by meds and most don't have to miss any work due to pain.

@smileclinic do you also use the 3 on six technique with mini dental implants for people that don't have the required bone needed for the standard implant?
On one of my implants, there wasn't enough bone, he used pig bone & I had a 6 month healing time before he put in the main component then my dentist made the crown it cost me about $6,000.00 for the one implant, the other 4 inplants averaged around $2,000.00 each.

Ive have a couple of friends who I've known for years .. and only the other week I was talking about dentures because I need some partial dentures.. they both said . They'v had dentures for over 20yrs and they don't know they'v got them in ..
I am missing half of my teeth and i am living with this reality because i lost all respect for dentists the pain that people go through means nothing for them all they care about is money

if you freeze frame at 6:59 you see the flaw in the positioning of her front teeth. And why don't these videos show gum line if they say they are natural looking? That is where the rubber hits the road, if the gums rest naturally around the teeth.
They certainly do wrap around the gums! Please check out our latest content here and especially on our @3on6 UA-cam channel to see our patients amazing results!
There is much more technology, much more R and D in producing an Ipad. Its$1,000, new teeth are $60k. Something is keeping cosmetic dentistry prices high. Either malpractice insurance, machines or greed. What I dont understand is why the feds cant mandate that this type of procedure is not ONLY cosmetic but life saving and insurances must honor it as life saving. If your mouth is diseased, your body will follow suit.
One thing they're failing to mention here is your gums will no longer taper down in between your teeth. I have no idea, the technical term, but it's the part of the gums you floss? Flossing originally did two important things, dislodge food particles and stimulate your gums. Well, that part of your gums is out of the picture! The same could be said about all on 4, except they provide something that looks very similar to gums with the teeth. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have 3 on 6...
You’re referring to what’s called “papilla” and depending on the patient, the 3 on 6 can actually create naturally looking papilla. The All on 4 cuts out your bone to make space for the large restoration, creating a flat surface to mount the acrylic base, therefore there is no papilla with an All on 4. With the 3 on 6 on the other hand, the bone and tissue is preserved and in many cases there is enough to create natural looking papilla.
As Ryan mentioned, yes it is the papilla to which you are referring. With the 3 on 6, the doctors are able to help form natural looking papilla (which is not possible with the All-on-4 or dentures).
I’m not that lucky unfortunately I don’t want to get dentures or a partial I want the 3 on 6 but I cannot afford it I have tried every way I could to budget it and it won’t work so I guess I won’t ever smile again
I’m so sorry to hear this. We do offer financing which allows patients to make monthly payments. However it sounds like you have already tried? Please don’t give up!

They offer financial help here to but, you have to be approved by a company the dentist recommends. And if you're on disability then they won't give you credit because, if you can pay, they can't by law sue you or garnish your disability check!! So you won't get credit!!

So

I would definitely choose this procedure over any. I want permanent teeth.
My dentist told me to look outside the uk where it’s cheaper.
Implant prices are insane. I'd love to know how much the raw materials cost.
Teeth problems can really make one miserable.

3 on six makes much more sense, more support, not such a long span to support. The cost is not practical but good system.

I’m used to my normal denture. I feel strange without them. The comfortable. Can’t afford the ridiculous price

Tina Kohler You can forget about insurance, lucky if the pay $1400 a year!
Then he proceed to tell me I was not qualified for dental implants, and he said first of all at that time, you are 65 years old, second you been on bone dentist meds and that breaks your gums down. he pulled my teeth, and mad me some 3-g teeth, the teeth were to big, the gums were larger than the teeth
And I could not even shut my mouth.
Yep- it takes a toll cancer. I got upper dentures & partial bottom. They are no fun let me tell you, but its something you have to make due with.
Laura Swihart so true!
I wish I could afford this😭 I badly needed this. I can't even smile because my teeth were so bad💔😭
My teeth are all jacked up I smile like I am taking a picture.
If you have Medicaid, depending on your state, you can get free dentures.
And at affordable prices .I know what your talking about
What’s a mail order denture?

This is a very cool treatment. But why is there no patient journey vlogs or updates. I can't find anything online regarding someone's experience with the 3 on 6 that's not provided by the clinic.

I opted to be put under during the process and if it's possible for you, I highly recommend it.

If your mouth is diseased, your body will follow suit.

amazing, id give anything for new teeth
What I would do to have these
One thing they're failing to mention here is your gums will no longer taper down in between your teeth.
Masha Allah. We Thank God for all.
I'm speaking from long miserable costly experiences. I had dentist removed many of my teeth unnecessarily (in my opinion) bc of insurance money !!! He was paid a lot!!! I had another dentist convince me to get rid of my upper removable partial for a fixed bridge which later on had to be chiseled out of my mouth bc it was not a better option. I'm back to removable upper partial.
The 3 on 6 sounds like a good idea for me but how can I be sure ??? Ppl are so f**** disingenuous!!! All ppl care about these days is 💰 🤑 ethics be damned! Bloody Liars !

Does ot work for gum disease
These people never give any price indication do they. Probably because they are so expensive it would scare most people away.
We don't put a price in a video because prices can change (this video is 4 years old at the time of this comment). Please give us a call and we'd be happy to quote you a price over the phone: 888-877-5790
I have an allergy to nickel can I still use the spray on screen method of dentures? Also I am low income senior is there a program for us that can help me to get a better smile?

You are in Utah, a little to far to go , I am in pa and I would have loved a consultation. My dentures make me gag I can't eat many kinds of food and I can't bit anything I have to cut and I am a healthy 66 year old I plan on being around for a long time.
Sounds great maybe in the future I will visit.
Hi Debby! We do also have an office in Boston if that would be more convenient. Let us know if we can help. 888-877-5790.
Would this help make lips look better? I lost bone so my lips are sunkin:(

I spent $7500 for extractions and dentures. I was going to get 2 implants for snap on dentures. That was $5100. I said forget it.
Permanent smile restoration is not for everyone. We do help patients find financing options that work for them. With decent credit and income some patients pay as low as $300 per month. Give us a call if you're interested in learning more about your options. 801-590-8694
I am in Baltimore MD and I desperately need 😩 your services!!!!
Hi Belinda, we'd love to talk about how we can help you. Give us a call at 801-590-8694. We also have a doctor currently being trained in 3 on 6 treatment that has a practice in Maryland so we hope that provider will be ready to take on 3 on 6 cases very soon.
Yea like it is so cheap..stop it..going to the dentist for your real teeth is expensive ..let one or two real teeth go bad because it is so expensive ..that is how a lot of people get to needed this ..so stop it ..everyone is not a millionaire. Let me become one..I will pay for people to be able to eat and smile ..sad.
Dorothy of cause you would!!
Start collecting beer bottles 😝
Are you in the us I'm in the UK I need more information
The big thing is bone loss around the implant. I had it removed surgically. The one Implant had poked my left sinus. When there is bone loss your out of luck.
Peace-Out🌎❤🪷
If you have to take a 25 year loan out in order to pay for teeth, it AINT affordable, JACK!
Aint that the truth.... Im missing teeth but will keep my partials and deal. This is about $1K+ per implant....
2 months ago I paid $59,000 for all on 4. They're perfect with lifetime support, but man, they're expensive.
@@fire398017 Hey congrats partner, that you can spare 59 grand is super! if I got 59 to kick around, I'll settle my mort and continue to eat soup and salad with my miserable denture!
@@lorenzq5706 That's what I said. It's crazy that they are out of reach for most. And dumb. It's just as good as getting teeth back, so it corrects a problem millions have.
Most affordable option is to buy a food processor and a straw
$30k for a full mouth.. With good credit. Extractions and bone grafting are extra! Its ridiculous that they get away with charging that much for this stuff..
Hi Mike! The 3 on 6 is likely the most affordable permanent full mouth restoration you'll find anywhere, and likely by a large margin. We're happy to have you come in for a free consultation and we can let you know what it will take.
Cheaper than all on 4
I need help. I'm a 34 year old mother of two girls and unfortunately I did not get a good start in life with oral care. My mom raised Me by herself and was working three jobs to get by and to take care of me and my four brothers. Long story short, all of my teeth have deteriorated and I have four abscesses right now. I have been dealing with severe tooth decay for 10 years and the worst part is that I have no credit. No bad credit but no credit and CareCredit will not help me. I've been trying to find a dentist or somebody to sponsor my procedure.... Does anybody have any recommendations? I live in North Dakota.
But yet many drop more then that on a vehicle lol... So you'll be ok
@@inspiredbystarr did u try a grants they have some out here look into it
Guess I am not getting any new teeth! I could get some wood and whittle me some! Outrageous what they charge!
If they were good enough for George Washington, they are good enough for us. Of course, he died because the doctors thought blood letting was a good idea. Thats how he died.
Donna Collins - Just found out the exact SAME treatment in Mexico costs LESS THAN HALF of what it costs here in the U.S. - Go to dayodental.com - I’m looking into it myself. Yeah, the price here is insane. 👍
@@Jamie-Russell-CME Note that Washington is NEVER shown smiling, in any of his portraits. In real life, supposedly, he hid his mouth and was terribly embarrassed about not having teeth. (Actually, he had one. One tooth.) Now, if this much-loved, wealthy general felt this way, how on earth are we ordinary folks supposed to cope? Come up with $30K, somehow. And if the implant fails, tough cookies? (Nope, can't chew that...)
American Edokko Thank you 🙏🏻
@@americanedokko2782 did you ever get the 3 on 6 in Mexico? Let us know your experience. Thanks
Well I'll wait til I hit the lottery. I need upper & lowers.
ME TOO
@Feezie F-Baby me 4. Full set upper n lower.
I would love this treatment. In Australia and even if it was here, it would be far too expensive for me to have it done. Dentists are the most overpaid people in the medical industry in my opinion. Yes they have people to contend with but still overcharge and some don't even do that great a job and are very slap dash. I only go if I have to.
Same for me Liz. I only have top and bottom front teeth left due to medications over the years. It would cost me $25,000 to get all new teeth. All on 4 they call it. Will just have to gum everything to death for the rest of my life.
Notice the vehicles a Doctor drives compared to what Dentists drive .......quite a difference! Way overpaid
Answer is Mexico.
The cost outweighs the benefits, if there are any.
Fly here and have it done !
I agree with other comments , average people like me , on a small pension cant afford what it costs to fix their teeth, my teeth have been terrible and extremely crooked all my life which was difficult going through life , but my parents simply could not afford braces or to pay that much to fix my teeth up, they did what they could ,
