    Its funny, but these reviews are sponsored by the manufacturers, and I am yet to see a review from them that says anything is bad or do not buy it. Plus they are good players, so most equipment would look good in their hands!

      @ottoparts789 9 років тому +9

      +Vikram Kadi I agree, also they practice tons with each other, giving the sense that they know what to do with the other person. I would like to suggest they train with random people in the videos to see how the blade works out

    • @vitvitskiy98
      @vitvitskiy98 8 років тому +5

      +Vikram Kadi In my opinion,the best equipment is captured on those videos where these guys are doing the fastest strokes with a lot of spin on the ball.Besides, they tell about flaws of the equipment if it's found, for instance they told that the Jhang Jike Zlc requires special technical skills.Knowing that you can realise if the blade suits for you or not : )

      There are equipments that
      Are for lazy person like me ( a lot of rebound so fast easy blocks)
      And the ones where you can hit with full confidence (like I will hit it hard like a golf swing ) it lands on the table with a ton of speed and spin ( preferably spin)

    Wow Dan, you seemed to be hitting a lot better with it than most other reviews. I'm sure you liked that blade very much. Btw when you're not making reviews what is your personal set up? Just curious seeing as you guys review anything from Andro to Donic to Butterfly and more. Great review by the way!

      I think Butterfly told them to upload only the good rallies to make people think it's worth the 350 euros ;)

    Guys PLEASE Review the viscaria fl I'm sure it will be interesting for a lot of us because it is one of the more popular blades and the new Chinese generation used it

      A review of the Viscaria would be what we all need.

    • @17teacmrocks
      @17teacmrocks 10 років тому +1

      L. Gyger ***** if you're unfamiliar with these, tb alc is probably better suited. viscaria requires faster footwork, has a greater difference between low and top end speeds and is designed for advanced players or those who undergo constant professional training. hence you either see beginner players (who just got it as ZJK fan) or really advanced players using Vis in tournament play

    • @lgeiger
      @lgeiger 10 років тому +1

      17teacmrocks
      I tested it myself and I am using it now. Why do you think it requires faster footwork? The ball comes from your opponent xD My Viscaria feels really controlled compared to the TB ALC. My Viscaria is definately slower than my Maze Off that I used before. I can block better, I have more consistency when playing counter topspins und it's more controlled in short play. All these blades are actually very similar. I don't think a review helps at all. I tested the Zhang Jike Super ZLC just for fun and I didn't like it at all.
      Beginners should not use an offensive blade. Maybe All+ or Off-, but anything above is bad for learning a correct technique.

    • @17teacmrocks
      @17teacmrocks 10 років тому +2

      L. Gyger bc Vis' top end speed is faster than TB ALC. for casual players, there's a misconception it's slower due to its wider range of gears and softer feel. yea, it's easier with short game, blocking, and countering as it absorbs more easily and has a slower low gear. when you rip at higher levels and engage the core, viscaria ultimately comes out the fastest among the original ALC blades.
      ma long trying zjk's Vis also remarked in surprise at its speed. his current blade is modeled after IF ALC with the same clipper CR base WLQ used in his design.

    a good normally spin racket can win games it is the man that holding the racket,, if you can chop a ball very steep and deep it is very hard to get it over the net,,,even the best rubber that you have,,,it take a very good experince play to put it over the net..

    Great review guys, but I am somewhat perplexed as to when you refer to "dwell time" that you know it is the blade and not the rubber?

    • @justineortega7661
      @justineortega7661 9 років тому

      +Nick Denney It just refers how the blade bends when you hit the ball allowing for more dwell time because stiffer blades tend to kick the ball faster than the slower defensive blades. sorry for bad english.

    I don't think this blade will suit any style of play appart from hard hitters with inverted rubbers. Its even more stiff and hard than my MJ zlc.......not realy faster btw. The sweet spot is maybe bigger than the already big MJ zlc but you will hardly notice it if you play already with a large sweet spot blade like an ALC or ZLC butterfly blade. I even find that Hurricane Long 5 (carbon kevlar) or Hayabuza Zxi (also a zlc blade with "same" composition than ZJK szlc and TB-zlc) have larger sweet spot than ZJK szlc.
    Throw angle is ultra low, even lower than MJ zlc, the blade produce 10/15% less spin than the same composition ALC blade (like viscaria/TBS/TB-ALC/ZJK ALC....) and is 10/15% faster than a viscaria, not significantly faster than an already super fast MJ zlc blade. The blade provides almost no feeling, so be sure to have almost perfect technique before purchasing it because since the blade provides no feeling at all you will hardly correct your technique with this one. I don't believe this blade will be popular among pro and semi-pros players anyway, even pros love to have some feeling (and thats why they use ALC blades a lot : (mostly viscaria, TBS, TB-ALC). But if you are a hard hitter with inverted short pips (like Joola express ultra), you may enjoy this blade.

    • @17teacmrocks
      @17teacmrocks 10 років тому +1

      agreed except it's not really hard feel. it's the stiffness that makes you think so. but main dislike for this blade is as you said: it's suited to hitters. the ball leaves the racket too quick it's harder to grip. even in this video demo, you can see every couple returns they slid into the net. i tested this blade for 2 min and immediately felt MJ SZLC was superior in the SZLC series.

    • @andrem7th
      @andrem7th 9 років тому

      I definitely agree with your "feel" opinion, i tested my friend's and thats why i agree. It is also not for beginners, low level players are just going to waste $400 plus if they get this early in their playing years

    Table tennis daily you are a professional player or not?

    • @ttjesus4959
      @ttjesus4959 4 роки тому +1

      Lol No. Do they look like they hit hard enough or deep enough to be professionals? Pros have more explosive power, lower shots over the net, and hit deeper more consistently. Pros know to hit with 100% power 100% of the time that they hit attacking shots and can do so. Pros are loose/relaxed, and that makes them able to explode through the ball, which gets high acceleration through the ball and it causes top tier spin. And they get "power from the ground", which is just a way of saying the power comes from the legs and hips and the quick weight transfer. If you watch them play the match points at the end; Pros hit wider than them on average. They hit in the middle way too much. You'll know a pro player when you see someone who has all the qualities that I've just explained. I hope it helps you to understand the game a little more, as well.
