She has never hurt the baby, and when Raheel was smaller, Roya did hurt her a little bit now and then, but that is what practically every older sibling does with a younger sibling, not just when they are very young. Roya certainly didn't grab the earrings from Raheel. If they are Raheel's earrings, they were previously removed from Raheel and now put on Roya's ears while Raheel is gone. I see you have little to no expperience with toddlers and very young children, and probably have no siblings of your own.
