Question, the word "deadline" has been greatly emphasize to most of your vids, may I know how you set your deadline per project? Obviously they are case to case basis, but for a beginner VA whose starting from the ground-up and let say fortunately have his first client and have zero knowledge how long a particular project can be done, what are the basic parameters or things to consider on setting the deadline, again particularly if it is going to be your first project, first client.
