Land must have legal documents, if possible buy it in total clarity before the competent authorities (Notary or other) The land must be easily accessible. Since I will not be on site all the time, I would like to entrust the construction work to a serious and reliable company, knowing how to build and carry out finishes in a modern way. Katale sseguja it’s around 150-200m a plot but I would kindly advise you to buy on Sentema road cuz it’s still cheap and the road is under construction at the moment

Who owns the land or title deed of this land? Which means even if you buy the plot, technically you're leasing the land.😮What is 'Private Mailo'?
