    Gym mai kam 3 re din jyda weight uthane se biceps pe sweling aayi hai moov laga ke exercise kr sakta hoon

      No , muscle sore hui hogy , icing kro , exercise bilkul nhai karni or phir bhi sujan kam na ho to Doctor se zaroor mile
