Intimately it's not technology but cost of output product that matter unless they product fuel cheaper than costing of India oil companies nobdy will buy it or give assurance of buyback just like ethanol
@@sainiamarjeet diesel they produce will be unprocessed . Diesel burn under various temperature under closed furnace produce various by product like plastic , petrol , kerosene , other polymers . Farmers can use Diesel for thier own work or it can easily sold to market or govt also can buy it . But we have to create awareness . Whole plant can run for free with use of turbine run steam . Government provide subsidy . They give share technology also . Many countries do it . It is best method but need marketing .
@@crypto-mineblockchaintechn1427 free technology is available with many kindly visit new moti bagh govt quarter campus in Delhi for working plant but issue is on fuel costing since due to this still after 2yr they were not available to secure purchase agreement with Oil PSU just like ethanol ones from which r also unless mandatory or cheaper only condition Oil PSU buys fuel

Get a big garage in a rural place and get to work. This shit smells terrible, make sure you don't have any neighbors. Once or twice a year go around town and gather as much plastic as possible. That's how you can invest in it, yourself, human race, and the planet. Post up videos of the entire process, and fine tuning for refining the fuels. Or, send me the money, and I'll make this investment and process myself for the good of mankind

Cielso Waste Solutions out of Alberta canada already has process made. They can use all 7 types of plastic as well as tires, wood, paper, cardboard to make biofuel. You should check them out.

I'm 20y/o from Chennai. I don't have money to invest. But i have a bit of brain to work it out. Reply me up if you're interested.
Think of the scenerio where this becomes popular and people will be digging through land fills to recover plastic 😄.
They are already doing that for paper/metal and plastic in Albania at least.Not for fuel but for recycle it for money.

To accomplish this, we have alternative eco-friendly products to plastics and initially targeting the hotel industry. Really appreciative job from your side towards nature. Let's join hands and fight against plastic and yes the govt. support too needed to bring a change which is essential.
This is a genious idea, the plant even produces fuel for the trucks that recover the plastic. Those same trucks can distribute the products. Amazing. Good Job

I am from Kerala. One of the supermarkets in Kerala has transformed into plastic-free. The initiative is taken by an MTech graduate who is owning that mart. If all the others practice the same in their shops, it would be a great move. Don't wait for someone to change.. Let's start from us 'the customers' neglect plastic bags while the shopkeeper offers it with the product.
In my degree when I had made the project exactly the same was been neglected happy to see that this has kick started good job rudra Ltd.

I have dreamed of this for years now. I bundle my plastics in bundles. It isn't hard to do. I am impressed with the practicality and diligence of these people.

First it was launched at Hyderabad by one of young engineer. With an amount of 1.5 lac . Now he is in advance stage he is producing petrol diesel and with raw he is using for plants and bricks making. It is very old idea but no govt has supported and encouraged.

Very inspiring. Great to know that some people have started such an effort to make use of plastic to produce Feul and bitumen. Govt should recognise such endeavour and help to spread a factory like that in every city. How clean India will be then.

Not gonna happen govt and other big organizations will loose fat revenue, more over unlimited electricity can be generated for free with zero emission or heat. It was discovered way back by Nikola Tesla guess why he was silenced.

We have been collecting our plastic waste for rudra foundation for almost 2 years now and our dry waste that we throw out has reduced significantly.
You can use this fuel for old diesel engines.
Idea and technology is brilliant,this plant must be set at every 2km radius for disposable of plastics.Government must come with a proper plan for setting up this type of plant for proper disposal of plastic and other organic waste into fertilizers.

I was thinking this in the school while learning pyrolysis in chemistry. Wow I can't believe it that my thought was already present and running. Love from Pakistan. I will definitely research on this and hope so in future India and Pakistan will become greener and hopefully join hands together. PEACE!

@@psykoandhertribe1779 Thanks for the reply. Yes I am still surveying and researching on it. I have interviewed and contacted various chemists but they have mixed views on it. They don't believe that the pyrolysis is worth it. It is largely because of lack of implementations around the world. But soon I will make a small project on it. It is definitely in my mind since I was in school, now I'm in University. I will make a video on it InshaAllah.😊

That's the my project when I was in BE final year.....And it's true better result were found.
Waste plastic get converted to useful fuel based oil/components.
Actually we trials several times the product we collect from our project better result observed also even we blend it with diesel as 20, 30, 50, 60, 80, percent good results are observed.
But I had no idea about catalyst,
Actually we try to find % of petrolium content from our product and suitable catalyst but it's to costly for student level.....

A lots of recycling process has shown in the youtube but Not seen in real world... somebody is making tiles, somebody is making products, somebody us making oil but nothing in the mainstream meadia

You are right. There was a commercial plant in Ireland doing this, but they shut down in 2016. There is a large company in Norway, Quantafuel, and University research in UK, but still no mainstream coverage, as you say. Can this be deliberate by our governments, and controlling oil companies...?

I would like know how this technology works what kind of machinery they r using. From where they got this machinery. Cost of plant and machinery. Depolymerization is one of costly technology.

I am really interested in this technology and very much appreciate its friendly outcome. My country really needs this technology to stop the plastic littering in out national capital cities which is a sore eye in the last 20 - 30 years.
Most impressed with the achievement of Team Rudra. At 40 rupees a litre and high calorific value and low Sulphur content this sounds very promising.

We need such similar recycling plant here in Gokarna, Karnataka. Coastal area is full of plastic waste. Dry rivers in town are filled with discarded plastic too. May be, here we have hundreds of thousands of US- dollars in plastic waste in one small town!
I have an issue, plastic raw material is made from fossil fuel.
Key doesnt lie here, key lies in us using less plastics.
Which is not really easy in a society which is not economically well off. Until then we have to decrease the amount of plastic on land and sea. There is too much of plastic already that are killing animals and indirectly will affect us.
Also, using less plastics is mostly a choice that must be made by corporations, brands, etc. For that, we need to demand plastic free packaging and recyclable plastic.
Yes, key lies in using less plastic, but until then we need to clean up the plastic waste that has been already created and that’ll be created in the near future, and this is one of the solutions.
Hahaha that's something next to impossible ... we cannot even think of it... atleast there should be responsible disposal of plastic with out littering we casually throw it away from buses and trains without caring how it's going to effect our environment..
Well yes, but we shouldn't accept that as the only way to solve the problem. Even if we stop completely, something has to be done with the shit that's already out there

This is great!! India also has a mostly untapped sludge goldmine in its water and wastewater (sewage), that (also with anaerobic process) probably could create energy autonomy throughout the entire nation..-with enough energy to power those facilities that extract/process these wastes into an abundance of energy products, with possible surpluses..
I think ,this project should be set up at atleast one in every district . Hope someone would take the initiative, I am absolutely in.
