A capo is like training wheels for a guitarist. The only instrument you can cheat with. You can't use a capo on a piano, right? A good guitarist would know the transposition chords without using a capo.
not necessarily some people need a capo to get a certain feel for a song doesn't mean you don't know the chord shapes, one example would be to try to play Hotel California without a capo I dare you to try that without a capo it's a real bitch

@@allanshpeley4284 I can tell you that I've been playing guitar for 34 years and there are probably around 75 to 100 songs that I have played perfectly at one time or another and also played them often.....a couple years may pass on some of those songs and I get asked or maybe I remember the song and feel like "man I have forgotten all the parts of that song for sure...But I start playing and it just comes to me. Some things become soo engrained that you remember even when you think you wont.

He did not have to go to the US he was already successful in Oz...l have his debut album in 1991. ..Paul Kelly wrote for him and he won Tamworth awards. ..he chose to move to Nashville...in 1992

it might be a 10,000$ Martin haha i went in a guitar shop in Nashville like 25 years ago and there was some expensive "ol beat up guitars" in there. most were nice but still the 50,000$ dollar ones don't look like anything special really
