People barely getting sew ins here, it's either a quickweave or a wig. With certain styles you cannot get in a sew in

What is what is double track are you talking about laying a track on top of another track then bonding it to the Head?
Double tracking is just laying 2 tracks instead of 1 to fit in more tracks.

You can just use wrap strips but if she is getting lace she won’t have a choice
This style in particular you can just do the molding gel and paper just be sure to make the strips tight so that it stays in place

You are very talented in which what you do love your work sometimes. A client cannot pull off a hairstyle Because they look good on somebody else.. It doesn't fit her face.

You can use whatever you feel but for the look I demonstrated I use all the hair. Can’t get the look trying to use a half pack of hair. But it’s completely up to you
