No. Those are centerline buoys.
Sadly we are watching a video of dinosaurs on the water. All these boats won't exist much longer. Stupid electric will take over.
I don’t think it will happen as soon as you think. Battery tech isn’t there yet.
Hopefully not in our lifetime!
