Brianna Lyston Unstoppable Anchoring Hydel in Girls 4x400m RELAY Open | Gibson McCook Relays 2022
Hydel produced the fastest high school 4×400 time of the season. Hydel clocked 3 minutes 33.76 seconds, with World Under 20 200 finalist Brianna Lyston closing the effort with a 52.5 anchor. The meet record - 3.33.34 - by Vere Technical in 2014 wasn’t that far off - Спорт
Every time I see Lyston run its just great to see how good her form has become. I didn't even know she did the 400 so that mean she'll be stronger over the 200. That 2nd leg did a great job giving them that lead.
Lyston can step into the 400m if her coach decided. Her form never diminished throughout the entire race. She will be a super star in track and field--no doubt!
Barry, she came from behind and obliterated the last leg for Hydel in the 4x400 final. Trust me, It was a joy to see her perform

That 52point anchor should have prepared you for the 22.66 and11.14. I was very impressed by this anchor, so much so that I was impressed but not surprised by the 100 and 200 times. Lyston has been my favourite up and coming athlete from she first started running at champs. There is a fluidity of movement that belies the power of her stride. If she, the Claytons, Serena Cole, Kerrica Hill et al stay healthy our sprinting is in great hands

We over race them burnout our young athletes, causing many to not live up to their true potential. Notice that most of our best world class athletes were virtually known and averaged at the high school level. While the high school stars flame out due to over training and over racing.
I would bleam the boys not when it comes on to being burning out not girls.......so your saying goes for the boys i have never heard girls have been over work are being burn out....sorry

Why do they have Lyston running this stupid race. This is how we destroy our young athletes by over racing them. Let her stick to the prints.
Maybe your watching the race but you have no understanding about tracks a 400 meter in the relays is good for her.....it will make her stronger for the 100meter and the 200....it was soprising to me she was on the 4x400 doing a leg.......her trainer mistake she do two more 4 meter are run a flat 400 with the bigger girls.......
@@michaelevans6390 Like I said almost none of our high school standouts go on to greatness because we over race them at the high school level, resulting in injuries, fatigue and burnout or cause them to lose desire for the sport.
