Nice work. Great to see Sarah fishing. Keep it clean in the kitchen mate, no flicking crab guts, keeps wife happy. We'd like to see you cook outside more, as most vanners do.
You’re in my backyard! We moved to Kadina just up the road from Wallaroo a few years ago! North beach is the best. Great for the kids! Bond store in Wallaroo for more beers too! Also further down in Minlaton they have Watsacowie for some great craft beers!! Last spot looked like the Bamboos?? Going to try find next episode now haha.
Nice one you two. I think that you meant that Sarah was bringing home the fish :-D I'm really happy to see you enjoying what my home state has to offer :-)
Loved all the “trivia”!! So cool how you caught the crabs 🦀 I would be too chicken to do that! We head to Robe at Easter & I’m looking forward to the fishing.
Another terrific episode Guys and fantastic to see the channel growth👍 Love a Coopers “Green” Pale Ale & 100% Aussie owned 🍻 PS I thought everyone wriggled their toes when happy?
Thanks legend! That means a lot to us! Feels like we are heading in the right direction! Love the green eggs too! Haha yes another wriggler! Sarah seems to think it’s just another one of my quirks haha
Sarah.. yes! My hubby wiggles his toes when he’s happy. And all I can do is focus on them 😳 😖 it drives me insane and Ive been trying to train him to stop for 40 years. BTW, loving your travels
Sarah caught a Tommy Ruff a very distant cousin of a salmon trout(small but edible). The Blue SWIMMER crabs(SA name) you caught were both females. You tell by the underside carapace or flap the male is like a triangle with straight sides, the female is rounded. The males are bright blue and females brown/blue. We throw the females back and only take the males but you are correct they are bloody yummy. Lived in Whyalla for over 45yrs and now in NSW, miss the fresh seafood that's for sure. Great video guys keep em coming, pity you didn't free camp at Port Bonython(Stony Point/Fitzgerald Bay) just outside Whyalla, its a fishing frenzy out that way. Cant wait for the next one.
Thanks mate! Yeah it was a strange looking tommy! Thanks for the crab ID mate I’ve been catching them all my life and just biggered up my words! Didn’t realise until I got home unfortunately and it’s too late haha great part of the wold that is!! Thanks for the support legend
😂😂😂you are not alone……..there are many toe wigglers out there. Amazing video and Coopers Pale Ale is mothers milk. The silo art is insane and beautiful, thanx for sharing those art with us. @@SarahandKeelanTravels its warm, onshore wind. water temp is great... not freezing like down on the eyre. hope to catch up with you guys at some point...never know!
You don't need a rake to catch blueys, get a length of stiff wire rod, bend a handle in one end and a hook on the other. Tap around where you reckon crabs are and when they stick their claws up, hook one with the wire rod. Low cost, takes no space. The fish was a tommy ruff sometines called by people in suits Australian herring and they are related to salmon but taste better. Both crabs and tommies taste better than koalas.
Yeah sweet thanks for the hot tip! I enjoy not using the “right gear” ! Or just use your hands and a stick! Hahah better tasting than koalas! Love it! Haha all West Australians call them herring
Love your channel! 👍 Great to see you visiting our neck of the woods.

I constantly move my toes as well. It’s totally normal 😂
Dunno what it is but if im happy i tap my feet. I've done it since i was a little kid. So yeah Keelan, you're perfectly normal! :-)
Hahah Thank god for that!! Haha 😂 I’m the weirdest normal person on the planet I think 😂 cheers brenton!
Coopers made the best beer when it was only made by big breweries
but with all the small brewers that has undoubtedly changed.
So your a craft/ micro brewery guy? I like most pale ales! I think your right though there is some really good beer coming out of the smaller places
@@SarahandKeelanTravels Tiger Black is my drop, here in the Philippines, 7.8% alcohol and comes in 500 mil or litre bottles.
Yeah wriggling toes make one happy.....wriggling other appendages makes one even happier 😄 yeah that crab looked female.
Hahah that’s an over share for sure haha
Blue Swimmer crabs here in SA 👍👍🤟🤟 taste better than Mud Crabs imo

I can't say that your not strange 🤔 but I thing the toe wiggle is ok as I to wiggle my toes 🤣🤣
Hahahah yes another wiggle brother! 😂
10 pounds in Australia in 1946 is the equivalent of paying $750 today. Still cheap I guess but not that cheap.
Yeah right! The beauty of inflation I guess!
Show and explain that Whiting rig for your viewers, please.
Sure thing
the crab you cooked was a female keelan the back flap is not that wide on a male but enjoy it anyway and keep up the work

Yewwww hahah 😂🤙🏽🍻

Female crab must be what you catch in W.A. thinking them males. Weird
