The GOAT of managers. Did it without £2 billion, an offshore account, a suspended 2-year ban from European competition and 115 charges of financial irregularity
truth. Pep Guardiola can never be compared, just look at the teams and players Guardiola always has had at his disposal throughout every single season, messi, xavi, iniesta, de bruyne, silva, haaland etc.. Fergie came from the grass roots to the very top and never bought or had the best young prodigies in the world, he created them.
hearing all this, it's not at all surprising that the kids who don't go on from the age of 21 suffer serious life burnout. And the model for success like this doesn't allow for any support at all. Be interesting to hear from the players who played alongside those who went on to immortality but instead went a different direction.
@@rௐண well whatever they did worked, if they wanted 'balance' you would not even be talking about them now. They would be long forgotten. Wu wei. You get out from what you put in.

Yeah, it was and so what. He was the club, he was the personality and he was the general. And guess what? it worked. Unlike today when he said something as a manager he didn't need players doubting or criticising him. Who were they to anyway? He's their boss, he's got the CV and all he asked was you work hard put your trust in him and he will make you into something great. You're damn right it was all about him and he's never had to qualify that has he? The results, legacy, cups and titles all speak for themselves. An extremely competent leader able to execute his vision to galvanize a whole club to go in one direction. There are many leaders in history of his ilk in many fields and you don't question that greatness, you follow it.
To be the best you have to make sacrifices. Look at what these players achieved! They won it all!

Guardiola is legit the most overrated manager in history.
You realize he outspent every other club in premier league right??? They didn't win with chumps. He bought the best players, just like Pep....
Calm down
@@GrouchyKraut He won the league with kids from the academy.
@@tesco-cshe also won with british transfer record fees
wish he would pop in the dressing room now and remind the "overpaids" what football and respect for a club is all about
with the sinister music over the top it comes across as a rather dark tale of child abuse.
City fan I guess
Grow up u scouse ….

It sounds like prison 😂
I mean it's edited to look and feel that way but let's be honest here, Ferguson was a genius and that's from an Arsenal fan.

Problem with becks is he’s never criticised anything or anyone in his life. Everything is smiles and optimal PRness
why is that a problem?

should’ve ask robbie savage as well
Has beckham ran out of money or something?
He gettin more involved in the club that made him
You need to let kids be kids also. I don't think that was the situation there
greatness has no time for that, just look at Michael Jackson and every other great that ever lived.

Ferguson was a great tactician but a horrible man manager. Everything was about him.
