Hi! I'm really happy you created these hypnotherapy sessions. I've known about this two years ago and tried it but was only able to do it for like two to three weeks. I'm trying to get my life back together again and these sessions make me feel like I am not alone. I don't know but that's just how I feel. Dear Dr Paul, Im on my second week. In the first week I listened hypnotherapy session 1 every day for a week and I really find it helpfull as I suffer from anixity,depression,Agoraphobia,panic attacks, so rest the short almost everything :) I found a great doctor whom I can take with, I am taking medicines, I changed my nutrition, Im trying to exercise etc and I am adding this to my rescue plan. I would like to ask you a few simple questions in the next comment.
Is it weird that I started tearing up towards the end? During he whole optimism part it was like my heart was being touched so purely that things of my past that hurt a little started to rise & release. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your videos. 🙏 You rock. 👸
@dromycatcher it is fine if you want to use your left index finger and left thumb for this session, if that suits you better. however, in a later session there is another anchor, which conditions a link to the real you/how you want to be, which uses your left index finger and left thumb - so when you get to that one, use a different sensory action e.g. like touching your left shoulder, or the middle of your forehead, or your left knee instead.
It is fine to listen to this session, or any of the sessions, multiple times in a day. It is also fine to use other sessions alongside it, in the same day or you can alternate them on a daily basis. So long as the sessions are in the same general theme of things, I don't think you can overdo it. I'm glad you have found the first session helpful - I hope that continues :)
Yes, generally the aim is to focus on one session per week. If you can use one session daily, or at least 3 times in that week before moving onto the next session. After you have gone through all 12, you can go back to any sessions you like in any order. Thanks for your support :)
You can if you want. All 12 in one day might be a bit much, and would probably only have a lasting effect if you continued to use some of the sessions regularly over the following weeks. Using 2 in a day is fine, or perhaps alternating, using one on one day, then the other the next day over a couple of weeks would be good to.
In general, the ideal is a light hypnotic state. Yes you are still conscious, but usually pleasantly relaxed and alert and with less interference from your conscious/judgmental/analytical mind.
Not necessarily. However, there is some logic to doing it 1 to 12, but you can always go back to a session and mix things up a bit. Sometimes, when you go back to a session, you might get something different out of it. I hope that helps a bit.
Hi, that's not anything to worry about. However, this session does work better if you are in a light to medium state of hypnosis, rather than going too deep and perhaps drifting in and out of sleep. Try skipping the initial induction part of the session and start listening at 12:09. Hope that helps :)
Oops. I'm not sure if I am being hypnotized or falling asleep while listening...I start dreaming and I know I'm dreaming but can't control them. I still hear everything you're saying and follow the commands. At the end when you count I wake up and am wide awake. Anyway, I feel pretty good the last couple days!
Hi, thanks for these sessions :D It's the second time I've listened to 2/12 and both times I fell asleep during it (It never happened while listening to 1/12). Is there anything I should be worrying about? All I can remember from this second session is the beginning, that fingers touching thing, and the waking up part at the end, nothing more. :(

1. English isnt my native language. Session no.1 I understood from the first time perfectly and found it helpfull but for example in the session no.2 there are some words I dont understand. So my question would be is it ok to listen the same session maybe 2 times per day as I need to adjust to completely understand everything? 2. Is it ok to join to 12 weeks programme also some of the individual videos such for agoraphobia and listen it regularly? 3. Can you overdo the listening,you know? :)tnx
Very nice breathy voice and production: what exactly was the specific objective of this particular hypnosis 1 of 12- general relaxtion?, or did I miss something. The image of the light was moving. i was in a dark mine shaft, being pulled by white to yellow light beams rather than cables, admidst blue light.
Sometimes when you are in a deep trance or deeply relaxed, you can drift in and out of sleep. I'm glad you've felt good that last couple of days :)

it can still work to a degree - even when you are asleep, your unconscious mind can absorb some of the positive suggestions in this session.
