Seeing this speech you ask yourself why/how a politically savvy woman such as Hillary Clinton - possibly the most prepared person ever to seek the highest office in the Republic failed. My only answer is - she campaigned very poorly. Cheers
I too recorded this segment. The poet referred to is Aeschylus Kennedy said: My favorite poet was Aeschylus. He once wrote, “And even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, until in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom through the awful grace of God.”

Watching this a year later...after the 2024 RNC and before the DNC. I loved this show, and found myself almost in tears from this speech.
Kamala should watch this as a learning tool for how to shape her upcoming presidency.
