Children were coming into Reception without any speech, still in nappies and living in the most horrific conditions at home. Why should the government be solely in London?Surely branches of goverment spread around the British Isles would be able to deal better and be more informed with their local areas.Contact and communication is almost instant in this day and age,so that would not be a problem.Why should London have to total say on all government spending?
