I wonder why they close there eyes when they go around the board? i would want to look lol i love this show though and i want to say a Big Thank You to the person who put this up on you tube 🙂 what a super job..you did...
Colleen was also on the first week of "The $100,000 Pyramid" in 1985, the same week as Richard Mahaffey. Jason Herandez indicates that episodes #145-#154 were recorded from March 31-April 1, 1984. He also lists ep. #155 as having been taped in April 1 of that year, but I doubt it, given that they made some cosmetic changes in ep. #155 (they would make some drastic ones at the start of a new weekend taping session.
Colleen from Owego, NY... Olean is actually West of Owego headed west toward Jamestown... Owego is about 29 miles from Ithaca for those of you who care.
The amount of ignorance of and disinterest in the geography of upstate New York is both shameful and shocking. It's almost as though most people in the state live in New York City.
@@guyfierimtwi I agree that was the biggest flaw regarding the rules. There were a few occasions with a three-way tie with $0, and the spins were the tiebreaker before the contestant's position was. I'm not sure if future editions amended that rule, but I don't think it was fair for Yogi despite earning more spins in Round 2.
I agree. In the event of a non-zero tie, player with the lower spin total should play first. At least they got it right in the Newton and Banks versions.
Colleen was indomitable! And she made me tingle.
And Colleen’s Clapping Hands win her Cash together!
What à comeback Colleen. Only one spin in the first roud, and she still swept the field

What were some of these people? Professional game show contestants?
Robert L Alexander you figure with most of the game shows in Los Angeles, some probably do try to make some extra side coin going on game shows.

Peter had it right the first time. If there's a tie for first, most spins should have the advantage.
Isn't it based on whammies or "player on the left"

Yogi is a poet and I didn’t know it
Yep, he might have wanted to send in that poem, but being a contestant is even better.
Had Colleen Whammied when Yogi passed, this would have been the first non zero tie on Press Your Luck
Yogi was really cool.
Peter is prettier than Elizabeth.
Yogi was great character! Too bad today's television lacks originality and morality!
Yep. Bet he had a lot more stories where that came from too!
Whammy big bank counts from 4/14/84
1st whammy:$5,100
2nd whammy:$7,496
3rd whammy:$2,550
Total:$14,846
R.I.P. Rod Rod & Peter Tomarken
How ironic Nancy and yogi tie at the end of the first round then they tie before yogi passes the spin
Yes. I must say Peter is better than Elizabeth.. I would like to see return to daily program..😊
