Over the years I thought Moy got destroyed, but after finding a raw clip of the actual battle, this edit robbed half of Moy’s moves the second and third set 😂 I was wondering why he made them so short 😅 His third set was actually raw the first half. He still got beat by Hong 10, but he put up a decent fight compared to a low performance I once tonight. ua-cam.com/video/kTEyIPuTeHw/v-deo.html Here’s the link for you all to enjoy!
I know this is late. But in an interviee hong 10 didnt even think hed go further on the tournament. So as the korean crew. The korean crew won the bboy group contest ( i forgot what it is) and hong 10 was second plac and they were like are we really thos good? Then the people keep saying where the heck is korea hiding all this time. Then the koreans took it seriuosly in the next few years.
@@mobazane3655 Hw would have destroyed Lilou if he had all his signatures available. He destroyed everyone in 2006 because he distributed better his arsenal

i đont get why people say Moy should win. Hong 10 won that clean and clear. Hong had more teknigue and originality. All Moy did was power moves and front flip back flip, wft any power bboy could do that, hes great but i mean Hong won
The announcer is not familiar with the bboy scene at all. But the woman, Bgirl Asia One, is a legend in the bboy scene and paved the way for a lot of bgirls to get respect today. So she knows what she's talking about, and she doesn't just look at the flash, she looks at foundation and flavor. So don't dare diss her, she put down more groundwork and influence in the hip hop scene than any of us combined.
this is one of the few times i've seen hong 10 pull his moves so clean, usually he crashes a little. 2007 or 8 whichever he won, he was waaaayyyy clean in that one. like he was on a break drug or somein
@itsjosetapia thats silly bboy is a fluid mix of all moves! just look at hong10s footwork, take a good look at all the style and flow in his toprock and footwork how can you say that! lol
If he flipped in the beginning of the 2nd set, it really wouldn't have attracted the crowd. Hong was very smart because he first impressed the crowd with airchair and Hong 10 freeze then came with the flip.
oh my gosh did u see hongs last set at the end of it when he did a flair then acart wheel type flip thingy out of it without his legs touching down ouch it really was over then.
well I can't really argue that, but I guess I just luv the korean scene because I also luv korean starcraft ... bboying is huge in asia and will probably get bigger because there is a lot of chinese and now indian bboys .... but korea, japan and the philippines are the heavy weights ...
Actually, if you've followed Moy's bboy career and not just this several minute clip of him not anywhere near his best, you would see that he has more than a chance to beat Hong10. Moy was considered the world's best by many in 2002-2003, and he's even better now. But this battle here is just a small snippet of what he can do, whereas as everyone else has already said, Hong10 showed almost all of his best moves here.
I meant Moy shouldn't have underestimated Hong 10. He shouldn't have held anything back. Hong 10 didn't go out. Most of his sets were floor rocks. Downrocks and floor rocks are repeatable. So really he didn't "fire it all".
he didn't do until 2002 or 03. Walking baby freeze at 3:21, not until 2002. Move combo at 3:23ish, not until 2003. Roll flare hold at 3:28, not until 2002. So basically, I named almost every move he did in this vid, and named when he first started doing them, and none of them, are from back in 2000.
It could have been because his body was a bit off after doing the airchair and doing his trademark freeze. That's why bboys usually do those flips before they begin their sets.
@benkyunn The reason Moy wasn't going all out, maybe he wanted to save his moves for later. Hong10 because he knows how Moy has been winning and killing events years before Hong10 even came out, is why Hong obviously brought out crazy stuff on overkill here, crazy dope. That just shows Hong10 took Moy seriously, guys like Hong were watching VHS tapes of Moy at world competitions from a loooong way back.
dude moy is wicked but have to say hong 10 is a beast man i seen moy battle and i dont know what happen there bro bring it old school u know h town style bro
hong10 may not be the greatest beat rocker or has a strong foundation like many of you say, but you can't deny the fact that he's a flow master. He's one of the best when it comes to level of complexity and flow. Although I feel like he lost his flow a little recently in exchange for speed... I still like it though
EMINEM VS HONG 10
Lol
Moy isn't white he is Hispanic..... real name is Moises Rivas
lol hahaha
Eminem vs Bruce lee
Mc Daleste vs Felipe neto

damn hong 10 went too hard, if he saved some of his moves for the final round, he mightve beaten lilou
Facts
he said that because he doesnt even thinking about being a champ, what he want was win the 1st round at that time
But Now Hong is still King

3:26-3:31
This part just cracks me up haha Hong 10 just points at him like wtf are you doing?
Hong 10's toprock was insane. Not quick but extremely stylish!
i love it when hong 10 go his slow move ^_-
Pure ownage by Hong10... Creative and inspiring... Moy looked like an amateur next to him :)

Ace in yo Face- DJ ACE
the song is called ace in your face by dj ace
this video introduced me into bboying
same here mate
that was the best battle i have ever seen. and thats the best opponent hong-10 has ever i had.
1:12 the awkward pause when they didn’t shake hands 😂
The move at the second set? Spinning-Elbow hop to spinning-elbow hop to spinning air chair! Hong-10!!!
이건 너무 멋있었지 비보이 잘 모르는 나도 홍텐님 지방에 공연온다는 소리듣고 찾아가서 볼 정도 였다
Hyunjin Lee ㅇㅈ
Red Bull BC One doesnt take place in the same places, it moves around the world a lot
Hong 10's first move in his first set was just BAM! Ownage!
Hong 10 is the best and took this one, but Moy is Amazing too...crazy fast and clean footwork
Holly shit, I knew hong 10 would win but damn that was just overkill.
I remember when I was a little kid, I thought Moy was Jamie Kennedy when I first saw this battle lmao
Lilou did one of hong10's sig moves first try in the battle at the end. Stomped it too.
12 years
moy did alright. its not easy to get to bc one, just to qualify for the competition is awesome.
man i met moy before one of the most respectfull and nicest bboys ever hong 10 dope as hell one of the best bboys in the world
these songs go a lot better to the dance moves rather than the original songs used
O MELHOR BBOY DO MUNDO DO MUNDO Hong10
Should of saved the sequence at 2:58 for lilou, so he could shut him up.
One of the best battles
he shoulda known it was over when hong threw that dirt on um by hittin that flip like 'yeah, i got the older school moves too.'
look it up they already battled it's on youtube somewhere
he is sonic from denmark his crew is called natrual effects
hong 10 added another description for the word "OWNED".
don't get me wrong, moy did a good job. he stayed clear from the word "Destroyed"
It's called a body thread in case you were wondering
real men train their bodies to do incredible things like this
oh man, hongs second set had some serious diss in it,
at the end he pulls the exact same side flip as Moy,
hahahaha!
prolly,i never see nobody else do that freeze!!!
when hong 10 does that slow mo thing
is that his signature move?
I almost farted myself when I heard Rahzel call Havikoro, the Harokivo crew.
props to both dancers good stuff
@itsjosetapia
thats silly
bboy is a fluid mix of all moves!
just look at hong10s footwork, take a good look at all the style and flow in his toprock and footwork
how can you say that! lol

it's called ace in yo face by dj ace but I can't find where to download it for free.
if moy ended with better finishes..i think the won could have been his..but hong 10 was just too amazing!!
rolly i never seen anybody else do that freeze
Esse foi o melhor evento
Moy first set was amazing and quite intimidating, but hong 10's 2nd set followed by the flip was juz classic killing.....
Look at moy now, clean and improvised!
man i have respect for these guys but some people have skewed versions of what it takes to be "a real man".
@jansico there's no slo-mo. Hong 10 always does that slowly. Check out his battles he does that slowly so it's definitely not slow-mo
hey, is this the original music of the battle n do the judges also mark on moves on the beat?
oh my gosh did u see hongs last set at the end of it when he did a flair then acart wheel type flip thingy out of it without his legs touching down ouch it really was over then.
3:46 piss me off, didnt see the move complete...
I feel you brother

i wanna tell hong 10 to have mercy XD
that was a sick round.
omg, i feel bad for moy. even tho hes amazing too, hong 10 just.. tore him apart dawg. haha sick battle tho
battling hong 10 is really intimidating...
well I can't really argue that, but I guess I just luv the korean scene because I also luv korean starcraft ... bboying is huge in asia and will probably get bigger because there is a lot of chinese and now indian bboys .... but korea, japan and the philippines are the heavy weights ...
Moi leaves early. He got moved but stops shortly after one move
love this song, I LOVE IT
Name pls ?
right...these where his best moves
wow first set hong10 airchair and L kicks crazy!!
what was the song when they were intro-ing the competitors? That was mad dope, actulaly both songs are.
I miss the old moy:(

was there a slow motion at 1:38???? it was really great if there's none
Props to both bboys amazing battle
Are u kiding he is great!
the reason hong used his best sets here was because he knew how tough of an opponent moy is, anyone would put their best against that guy
sorry can you tell me what is the name of the move 2.30-2.37 (hong 10) please!!!
Moy is pretty good if you search him up for his 2010-2012 battles
It is because two DJ's made the song for the DVD

Hong 10 deserved to win this whole competition. Hes just so baddas🔥🔥
Anyone else think Hong 10 was going all-out for this round?
Moy could have done so much more. But Hong 10 is just a beast!
It could have been because his body was a bit off after doing the airchair and doing his trademark freeze. That's why bboys usually do those flips before they begin their sets.
