I read an article about President Jimmy Carter yesterday- I didn’t realize that he had melanoma, and that it metastasized to his brain, that’s why he’s on hospice now. I need to read more about this, as everything about melanoma interests me.

I didn't realize President Carter had melanoma either. Going to read up on him. Thanks for letting me know. Would make a good story to share on my channel.

Shows the importance of having your dermatologist to check all area of our bodies. I do have a female dermatologist so it makes it a bit easier. And be sure to ask your gynecologist to check down there too for anything suspicious. I make sure that all of my doctors are aware that I have had melanoma and I ask them to check every visit (Dentist, gynecologist, etc) And don't forget your hairstylist! They see your scalp better than anyone...
    And that color is beautiful!
