As a pastry chef,I thought I could help with the mixing of cream cheese,start as you did with room temperature cheese,then mix it with the sugar till it’s creamy,and the sugar has melted,then beat your eggs in a separate bowl,and with the machine running begin adding the egg mixture slowly,making sure it is incorporated before adding more egg,then slowly add the room temperature milk,this way you will have a pourable cream,not some lumps,if your milk is cold just microwave for a few seconds,you just need the chill off,not to make it hot.I think toasted coconut on top of the crackers,and white chocolate would be good.😊
