Your rear leg's toe is point ing backwards opposite to the toe of front leg's toe.
    Why is that?
What is the advantage of it?

Could you be more specific? I don’t really understand what you mean.

@@aliens990 Sorry sir for my English. At 0:02 your front feet is point almost forward wheres your back feet is pointing almost backward. I have some bit of experience in boxing but not with JKD and other martial arts.
Bruce Lee used the stance that you are using here:

But he also used a different stance, that looks similar to boxing stance here:

Could you please explain to me what is the benefit of such stance Vs the boxing stance where your both feet are pointing in almost front direction ?

You ask a question that only you(your way of fighting) can answer. Because whether JKD footwork or boxing’s or any others, what matters is which one works better for you.
Others can share their experiences with you, but to find the one works best for you is your part to find out.
But I can tell you what direction I’m going, here it is:
Basically, as long as you can keep your balance and speed in check, it’s a good stance.
And as for toes(especially the big toe), they are the key to keep you in better responsiveness, so according to the way I fight, I use it.
