The USY version includes all these and extended parts as you mentioned but also with the banging the table in unison and it’s really fun . The ending has a whole section in between the ose shalom part and the part ending on vashalom and then we all go lililililili to the same tune all together pounding the table

Shalom!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I have been so interested about learning the Birkat Ha Mazon and as I was listening to this beautiful prayer, I was really somewhere else, I think I was understanding the meaning, suddenly, I realized that you were praying in Hebrew and of course, I do not know Hebrew. It is so beautiful. Thank you again. From Mexico City. P.S. My English is not so good, sorry. Shalom!!!
תודה רבה

Hi, what does USY stand for? The version you described is the one I want to learn. But I can't find anything about USY on Google.

Way to go on the "how to" series. Thanks for sharing this informative video. :-)
Amazingly informative video on the structure, meaning and instruction on the Birkat Hamazon. Thank you
Thank you! As a single man on the go, it's easy to remember the blessings before but after...not so much. Time to slow down.
Todah!

Great! Very informative and well put-together. A quick question: Why should you always read from a text, even if you know it by heart? Thank you. :)
Hannelore17 The Hebrew letters are a creative force - hence it is good to look upon them as you say them.
