Am I the only one who finds it a bit annoying how certain classes like Gunner is gender-locked to females and the Ninja class is locked to just Elin? I mean some classes being locked to certain races like in World of Warcraft seems reasonable but being locked to one gender is a bit too far IMO, it's almost like they are encouraging the use of female characters and this is coming from a guy. Like the gunner class is something that I think should also be given to the male Castanic and High Elf and perhaps given to the human race as well.
I was going to try this game but when I saw that to be a gunner (the only class I liked) I had to play with a female character I instantly uninstalled it I feel that if I want to play with the gender I feel represented with and more comfortable playing with I shouldn't be punished for it
ikr. they mainly do this to attract male players. sadly Tera chooses for gender-locked classes lately. it's disturbing for me as a female, but we can't do a lot about it. I'm also studying Game Art & Design so when I get into the industry I would have to accept the way it is even though I would not want to, all for the (male) audience! I wonder how games will be after 10 years. nudity (in almost everything) is getting more acceptable these days
excellentes female here waiting for the console edition. I kinda like the sexified female models because they don't just look slutty but also bad ass so idk, I never minded slutty characters as a woman I think it's fine but looks like in this game the men at least some are kind of the same overly sexy in your face
for PvE only which class has the fastest clear? im curious about the reaper gunner (shame its gender locked) however im also very interesting the the priest but i dont know if its good for pve or if its solely for pvp thank you

@@m3lsavage I can’t say about asians, since I’m not one, but at least all the people I’ve played with mmo rpg they always make their characters the same gender as the player, pretty weird.
I wish I knew.. the last new class is gender locked as well, and so is the reaper class for the Elin race.. I wish they had more for male characters cause 80% are females haha

PvP server ayni PvE gibi dir, ama orada PvP battleground var (level 30 ve 65 arasi) ve o battleground'ta herkez lvl 65 oluyor, ayni PvP armor"la, (ve bu oyunda pek PvP armor yoktur). level 30'la battleground'a girersen, orada lvl 65 gibi oyunuyorsun, 65/60lvl armor giyinorsun, ama lvl 65 skillerin yok. yane demek istedigim, lvl 30 character'in varsa, onun skill lerin'le oyunuyorsun, daha yuksek cikmaz battleground'un icinde. yane senin levelline gore oyunursun, sahadece sistemde lvl 65 sin, armor la beraber. anlatabilirmiyim? ve cok yerlerde, herkez birbirini oldurubilirler, bu bazen cok sikici oluyor quest yaparken, seni boyle ortada saldiriyorlar ve o yere tekrar gitmelisin falan filan... ama PvP server iyidir yane, PvE de hic PvP yok (duel var, her mmo oyun gibi), sunu soylim dedim :) and my turkish is bad, sorry xD hope you understood :)
