It's a good idea doing these because a lot of the challenges are easy and a lot of people probably gave up and forgot when it was current.
I sure did lol. This video came out at the perfect time. Other than the last little rep in dragonflight, there's not much for me to do. I think I'll do this tonight.
I did the entirety of Jailer’s Gauntlet in one sitting and decided to go over and do Twisted Corridors next. I must have missed the part where you said “18 floors per layer” because I got to floor 8 of layer 1 and was already over it. I think I’ll just do one layer per day, Torghast has a way of sapping all my energy from me
I’ve completely skipped the Shadowlands expansion. Now back at WoW again, I just finished the storyline for SL so I can get the Dark Ranger appearance and then I came across this video! Not sure where this Torghast instance is but I’m sure wowhead will have the answer. Can’t wait to get these mounts! Thank you!
Torghast can be entered through Ve’Nari’s Sanctuary in the Maw, you just have to do a couple quests for her to unlock it

Didn't have a bunch of time a few weeks ago when I first saw the video but picked up the mawrat from the gauntlet. Will be going back to try to farm the others.

It was really easy to get all 5 of these mounts, and at 70 it was even a bit fun. I got lots of transmog pieces and some pets as well
Forget where it is but is a part where there is those moving large axes and fire exhaust things in same corridor found it hard to get through
Do not pick up any Epic powers or 2 of the same one as it impacts your flawless score. Also make sure and use the torghast power on CD as that increases your score also.
I don't think that's true. I've recently ran all the torghast dungeons picking epic ecerytime I saw it always flawless
Unless its been adjusted I took every Epic power and always got Flawless.
@@kingty5596 Its both true and untrue. Both of those (besides anything with obleran) add bonus score points but dont take away points so you could get flawless anyways but it can help push over as well.
This and island expeditions have been a good way to kill time while i wait for the next patch to come out;
4:28 during shadcowlands, i killed dhruv from 9.2 and he dropped the mount.
I was not aware he dropped a mount though, I was doing it for the achiemnt.

What ilvl should I have to do this? I have a couple toons with crafted blues (ilvl 360 or so).
I did this a few months back, was it fun, no, but It felt good to collect them all after the hours put into this system when content in DF was completed

Ah, the good ol black serpant of nzoth 😄 fun fun fun times! I miss BFA. It was easily one of the best xpacs for me, and who doesn't miss 18% beams? Or super strong arcane stars hahaha
I attempted that back in the day because I wanted to mount up in torghast...but when they made mounting available in torghast I was like meh. Then realized that it's not going to be unique at all and will be reskinned and placed back into the game. And look, that's exactly what blizz did. :)

Im a eso player myself, but i love to watch warcraft videos. Wow is a good game with awesome cosmetic and mount system. But the only thing that i cant understand is that they put so much effort in activities like thorgast as a fun challenge but after that you lvl up after a new expansion and it is not a challenge or a valid activity anymore. If everything should scale with the game it would make it amazing, because if you are a new player and do enjoy your first character you can just play the expansions in chronicle order with one char.

I guess that i have to make all level with my character level 70 that never went in torghast and this will take a lot of time.. Or can i tag with my brother that did every level in SL? For tag directly to the last level?

I will add that it's certainly easy at 70 with some gear. A fresh 70 can struggle with enormous pulls. My low item level pally was totally destroyed in there, so be careful.

Also u can get the cosmetics a lot easier like the shoulders or the weapons

@@izicadet9819 Weapon and shoulders exist in torgahust. Weapons are mostly bought from the vendors for like 600 phantasma and shoulders are mostly boss drops. These were added in 9.1 and 9.2

I had mobs bugging out and refusing to die for me so I had to abandon my efforts to get the flawless thing this time around. Very frustrating.

Hey so I skipped shadowlands entirely.. How do I get started on this? Do I need to actually advance thru the SL story and zones before unlocking Torghast?
Yeah, you need to go through the SL base Story, and then an NPC will give you a Questline for the Torghast
omg i wish i watched this video lol. I was doing torghast from level 12s and i would get like 3 floors in and get a 97% and restart because i thought you needed 100% for flawless LMFAO. Also, i ran all 12s when I didn't have to and could have done 16s UGH

how long does one run of layer 16 takes? Also is all the sections of the Torghast is currently open? Or do we have to wait each week for other ones?
With a "good" Torghast class (Havoc DH, Resto Shaman), sub-10 minutes if you get the 1-2 god-tier powers early.
All wings are open all the time.
i have floor 16 unlocked im 460 ilvvl and i cant enter it says i dont meet requirments 6 torments
At 67 with my Evoker now do they have powers in Torghast
do you need 100% on every floor because its literally impossible im spending like 30 minutes on the first floor killing everything and destroying everything and im getting 95%

As much as I have a love/hate relationship with Torghast, I’ll definitely go back for the mounts!!!
The health on mobs is still less if you go in as a healer, as well making making it even easier. Also the meta achievement for Torghast awards the "Tower Ranger" title and... F's in chat for your death. LMAO.

Just a few of the introductory quests, once you return to the Maw and encounter an NPC called Ve’Nari, you’ll be on your way to unlocking Torghast
*traumatic flashbacks from when I went for Veilstrider within the last 2/3 months of Shadowlands and had to basically spend a week in Torghast*
I. Will eventually go back for any missed mounts etc. But oh boy. Torghast. Who can forget Torghast

Sad that they only added a 500 mount achievement, I usually have high motivation to farm out mounts untill I hit that achievement milestone. Once I got the last achievment I didn't farm untill this new showed up and having just gotten it done kinda drained my motivation.
Completely agree. After I got my 500th I just don't care anymore. They should give a cheevo and reward for evey 100 at least, but every 50 would be better.

So, let me get this straight. You can solo Shadowlands content at lvl 70 despite it being lvl 60? Makes me wonder if you can do Legion raids as well
In dragonflight i would duo legion raids, so im sure you can solo it now
Legion raids and Legion content in general is very possible to do solo in Dragonflight. The only thing I can think of is that some of the raids mechanically are tricky solo, like I still haven’t been able to get past Eonar in Antorus, the Burning Throne by myself, but otherwise the bosses even on Mythic are doable.
Every Mythic Legion raid is easily soloable except Antorus due to Eonar. Quite a few mythic bosses could be done solo even back in BFA, I remember soloing Mythic KJ on my DH.

I started playing WOW in November last year, like 2 weeks before DF launched, and I’ve been completing SL too, I really enjoyed it, idk why people hate it so much. I just finished the main campaign with all 4 covenant and Zereth Mortis. The only thing I didn’t like is that some of the places a bit depressing and couldn’t imagine having to do any serious grind in them.
This is a very common thing, to play old content and wonder why ppl hated it. People do that even with WoD.
Subjectively the story/main quest in every expac is amazing but unless you played it live you’ll never understand how the borrowed power or systems at the time made you feel so weak and throttled. I remember WoD and how limited it was just the same as I remember BFA and experiencing the Neck talents, and in shadowlands the MAW/torghast was a complete cluster F. They were NOT fun when they were live.
Edit: oh an btw in the maw you couldn’t even mount for the longest time which is why u seek out those mountables that’s a one time use and they disappear, imagine trying to explore that place in war mode 😂.. great times
People whined about the grind & whatnot, but I really think a major issue was constantly playing what was (as you mentioned) a darker-toned xpac during Covid isolation, which in turn experienced development delays so patches stretched on & on. Mood was an under-discussed factor with Cata as well, as it portrayed tremendous suffering/displacement as a global economic recession was unfolding, making it not great for escapism. Every xpac has a bunch of enjoyable content, so anyone trying to boil playerbase disgruntlement down to just one explanation is ignoring how it's always a bunch of different contributing factors. I don't enjoy raiding & stopped trying to make myself do it at the end of Wrath, so no grinds are "required" for me and thus I loved every minute of Shadowlands.
WoW torghast is now doable! after 4 years my morronic brain can finally tank the whole program
Twisted Corridors is so hard to do if you don't have good gear. Layer 4 already give me a hard time even with level 70
I still don't get why some players bitched about Torghast. It was not hard and you did not need to do it much.
I loved toghast add I feel it's still a feature with a lot of potential, it just suffered from being forced gameplay.
I genuinely feel that they should bring it back as an optional side objective with various cosmetics and collectables that can be earned. Something which is an entirely legitimate and relevent gameplay option but alongside everything else, not instead of.
WoW has so many fun activities that are simply out of date. Refreshing them and making them more accessible would give plenty of content for players with minimal work required

Solo, 2 man and 3 man torghast was the only PVE I did for fun in 17 years of playing this game.

i can see your sub count but i cant for whatever reason see the chapters, theres no way someone with over 100k subs doesnt take the time or doesnt care about their viewers enough to put chapters, here i can even google for you how it is done :)
To add your own video chapters:
Sign in to UA-cam Studio.
From the left menu, select Content.
Click the video that you'd like to edit.
In the Description, add a list of timestamps and titles.
Make sure that the first timestamp you list starts with 00:00.

Okaynyou gave nothing concerning hidden areas...ive been thru lv 16 fracture chambers and somehow never get flawless because somewhere in these completely done dungeons is 4% -6% unfounded...i have wasted hours looking for places even bought keys (btw open absolutely nothing so dont waste your time doing so. Anyway at it again tonight lv 16 fracture chambers

'easier' doesn't necessarily imply 'easy'. it's easier to climb mount everest with a group than it is to climb solo, but climbing everest is still mega-hard

I’d recommend watching a UA-cam vid on how to do it flawless, if you try to do it just based of what he says you will fail 100%. Terrible explanation 😂

it does not drop a mount after completing level 4. i tried about 8 times now
LAYER 4. There are floors and there are layers. They are not the same and there is no "level 4". Each layer has i think 5 floors (except for twisting corridors that has 18 floors!!). If you are doing layer 1 and expecting a mount to drop on floor 4, not gonna happen. You have to be doing "Layer 4' and complete it.

I feel like they should have removed these. it's crazy that people needed to wait an expansion to get these instead of getting better at their class.
