Kin was originally formed in Manchester (UK) as a solo project and included those of BBC6Music among its fans. After it's singer and guitarist, Kim Foster, defected to Groningen (NL) in 2011 and started working with members of Vox Von Braun and the Swains, she reformed Kin as a full band.
In 2012 they released the Manchester recorded album 'Flickering' and have just released the e.p. 'SOON'.
Kim, Peter, Maike and Jouke are currently working on their second, full length album and referring to themselves in the third person.
