He did. Lots of photos that she was unaware were being taken. He had video of her telling him how strange it was and to back off. But the 911 call when the social worker called after he locked her out was INFURIATING. U could hear the kids screaming as he used an ax on them before blowing the house up. But the operator gave ZERO fs.
There's a great video from That Chapter about Susan Cox Powell, sheds light on her father-in-law having eyes for her and just being a totally creepy dude.
I've lived in Edmonton most of my life, and unfortunately Native/Indigenous people cases aren't taken very seriously. Most of them are homeless because of unfortunate addictions, mental health issues, or drinking problems... Even missing teenagers are hardly taken seriously since most are presumed runaways... I hate to think they probably got tricked and taken out of city, then sold off to a certain illegal ‘trade’...
canadian here. yeah the cops all throughout canada have rampant racism against indigenous people in their system. so does our healthcare. there have been so many native women going missing and the rcmp refuses to investigate, even with tons of public pressure. they had to go so far as to force federal inquiries just to get it acknowledged. and to this day it's really hard to get any police force here to care that much about it
@@-Dark_Vo1D- it was documented and acknowledged not that long ago despite it going on for decades. look up the Highway of Tears if you haven't heard of it. the racism is so rampant that there's now an entire movement dedicated to it (MMIW). be careful out there my dude dont even get me started on how hospitals treat us. shout out to that quebec hospital that actively laughed at and berated a native woman for being in pain
The first case is so sad I grew up in puyallup wa! Worked at a Fred meyers there my boss knew Susan and Josh and would always talk about what happened ! She never thought Josh was capable of the things he did said he was very nice and they were becoming somewhat friends.. chilling
I dont think they said it in this vid but Josh first killed his children with a hatchet before he set the house on fire you can also and if you can you should find the vid of the social workers 911 call she made its kinda chilling because she mentioned she smelt gasoline after he locked her out. That one and chris watts always get me.
that guy growling, i wonder if he was drugged and if there was life insurance. always follow the money like could the wife be stepping out w the guy who dropped him off at the gas station?

The thing the narrator doesn't mention about Susan Powell, her father-in-law was obsessed with her. I think he had nude photos of her.
