Yes he did play well. But as the commentators said, Atif was very focus at the end. His gameplay massively improved throughout the match and despite the vaillant effort displayed by Chikurin, couldn't hold down Atif's Akuma. This final was fire man.

Dude, Akuma have not so good in pokes and mixup so they empower it with meter and d3+ hardest combos as well, also opposite side every character hv easy combos, pokes and balanced mixup with handsome damage, so you can get understand that its all upon skill and experience...
