Sometimes when I have Indomie Mi Goreng, I make it a soup rather than dry noodles, I mix the sauce and oil packets in some fresh boiled water, and some concentrated beef or chicken bouillon, then add the strained noodles back and toppings. Its a very interesting taste, and it really helps warm you up on a cold day.

Otherwise they just turn into mushy little lumps of onion which is fine but doesn't add anything. Fried onion is always at the end ALSO I love this video because for once ALL of these are actually available in my country (Australia is very close to Southern Asia, so we have a lot of products from there) my absolute favourite out of ALL of these are the IndoMie Mi Goreng noodles. If you find the right store you can get a whole box of 20 packets for around $10 AUD, sometimes I've even seen the 40 packet boxes go for $15-16 AUD.

Let’s get this straight. Nissin noodles is *everyones* childhood noodles. But I actually ate mama noodles first before Nissin since you can microwave it with boiled water from the boiler for a minute and then it will be ready in an instant. Mama noodles is basically _my_ childhood noodles before Nissin. That is the noodles I eat almost everyday after coming back from elementary school. For Mi Segera, oh boy. That became one my all time favorite instant fried noodles at all time. It just tastes like actual fried noodles if you don’t boil it for too long. If it’s boiled to the point of the noodles getting soggy, you don’t really get that little crunchy feeling in the mixture of flavors the same way with the fried garlics. But everyone have their own personal ways of enjoying it, so that is just my own little opinion of enjoying this brand. Overall, I eat those noodles but not as often only if I am too lazy to cook since I have other better options to make such as egg fried rice, or omurice. But don’t expect the egg fried rice to be _fuiyoh_ quality 😅
Indomie Mee Soto is nice too. Ginger taste is nice. It comes with a small pack of chilli powder. My combi with this noodle is Beijing cabbage (hand tore to strips), Unicurd tofu puff, chicken breast meat (cut along the strip lines - tenderer this way, seasoned w sesame oil, white pepper, tiny bit of salt or light soya sauce).
