I feel like they should do a lot of damage because they are the only enemy in the game and the game is kinda about building bases to protect yourself from them so how could they even hit you if you have a secure base. I mean if you just started the game and its night I can understand but if you die by a employee while you are at least a hour in the game then that's your fault.
what about it being a blood night,and u suck at building so much,they breached ur base?

ya know BLOODNIGHT is actually something good because normally 7-13 damage of employees (just realized that 7 is lucky number and 13 isnt lucky number) but now its something diffrent and you need to ACTUALLY hide instead of being carefull. so its actually a good thing bloodnight exists

yup
mine is the very tall on becausec if you make a small base its impossible for them to get in, but the ones i hate are the very short ones because they can get into bases easier
Then make a entrance that is like a thin crack then move sideways to enter it
aslo in the original scp-3008 lore they have hands big enough to crush a watermelon wich basically means they can and will easily squish ur head into juice (they did that in og lore)
The employs don't run to you on foggy/false days if you walk into it

Yeah pretty tall walls but you have to remember employees don't skip leg day and you better don't skip building roof day
never saw an employee jump over the walls? but hubert in the employees menu can totally jump over it 😅

i got 30 damage from one once on a normal night it is not 7-13, also yes my favorite employee is also buff one 1 because he is buff 2 he cannot fir into base doors good
You said they do 7-13 damage on the wiki but I think not only in blood night they do more damage but I’ve had a employee do 24 damage to me on foggy day
Ye they attack different ranges of damage on different events

Imagine if the employees got an update, they can break stuff.
If they add that update then I’m quitting ikea
that would be really cool, it would make the game a lot more challenging because you couldnt just sit in your base all the time
