It’s absolutely crazy to me that the head of Riot’s Gameplay Design team, Phroxzon, said that they are moving assassins out of building damage and into building haste to make them more about repeatability and less about one shotting. Assassins. Not one shotting. By design. Assassins. Let that sink in. The class that is about assassinating. Assassinate (verb): to murder in a surprise attack.
The best part is how this is just more toxic
An assassin with high damage but high CD can be counterplayed by default, Zhonyas banshee and support peel can and will block an entire combo making any Zed and Talon pretty much useless for 15-20s which is fair, they have to use their brains to calculate the right time to jump in
Now with 200 haste and 3s CD on abilities, you cannot counterplay, and they will assassinate you eventually (lets be real a blue Kayn can build a black cleaver and Goredrinker and still one shot you with or without runes)

@@guifdcanalli to be fair, it’s probably not his fault. Ever since Phreak was put in charge of the Balance team the game has been getting steadily worse. Mid laners can’t roam, ADC items have been buffed to the point where ADC’s are being played mid because it’s better and easier than playing mages or assassins, now they’re nerfing jungle’s early game fighting capabilities. Phreak is an ADC main and apparently he wants the game to be “let me farm until 20 minutes then we have one team fight to decide the game.”

Muramana scales better on Kog'Maw. Not for the AD it gives, but the shock damage on each spell. Typically, it's recommended to not by Deathcap because Kog'Maw doesn't have the best ratios.
Shadowflame or Horizon are better alternatives.

Ori could have had you if she went hard early. Her autos are pretty strong early. And she never used the ball to zone you off minions in anyway.

If it was regular AD/On Hit Kog, probably. AP Kog actually has a decent early game (as proven here) because the E has surprisingly high base damage on a lower cooldown than W.
Kog W without AP wins the trade any day, the ℅ damage is just A LOT plus the extra range, oriana would trade 2 autos with Kog and already lose, and Kog with that sweet extra range would hit an extra attack while she retreats basically making her lose hard the trade
Or she all wins or she will lose
After the update, I was focused on aftershock/predator. Due to my main runes being nerfed.

Seeing this Sej comms (and the apparent load of flammers) doesn't motivate me to ever go back in that game... There's so much crazy combination to try, but at what cost? Peace of mind? Sanity?
Still, I was wondering... Vigilant Wardstone (support item) gives 20% bonus AP, AD, HP and ability haste; at 600 AP, it gives you 100 AP, as much as a good AP item; and at 4800 HP, as much HP as Warmog...
If you add a Deathcap, you get 50% bonus AP... Yummy...
If you add a Demonic Embrace, your Bonus HP becomes Bonus AP...
So maybe a Cho support with Font of Life? Your huge HP will mean big heals, 2 of your abilities slow (3 if you go Rylai...), and your ult stacks will grant you crazy tankiness and even more AP...
At this point my boy Zwag has plot armor for how much of a liver he is in these last few games

Why after all these years, can not say decades because there is only one, can't Rito turn Sash into a multiple AP/AD item? I mean.. after what 5-7-9 years they allowed it be turned into two AD items instead of one, but they refuse to allow a mage/ap champion to use it efficiently.
This is the same company that made both Guinsoo and Runaan, two hybrid items from which Teemo, Kayle, Gwen, TF and Diana used heavily, into items that only AD/crit users can use because fuck an entire class
Just this year after 3 years basically, that AP users can build Guinsoo again, disgusting negligence

Bro, I hate to be that guy but...the pronunciation of coup de grace as "cup de grass" is brutal.
The sad reality is that riot changes stuff completely at random and just for the sake of changing it, there is no actual thought process into their changes. Everyone that actually plays the game knows that the main problem so far has been tanks and the ridiculous amount of damage that they deal while building only tank stats, and what does riot nerf..? Not the tanky items. I can't believe people are actually getting a salary to do this...
And whenever they do think about changes it's based on what they see in pro play. They'll make something that's mid at best for 99% of players into dogwater because it's strong for 1% of players
